I've used their site for my last 2 contract phones. It's a great site. My first deal (LG KC910 when it was popular and new lol), came straight away with all the cashback vouchers. I got the HTC Desire around 18 months ago and also had the vouchers straight away.

My girlfriend has an 18 month contract - all redemption cheques paid except current one. She received an e-mail accepting claim, and saying payment would be made, by BACS, within 14 days of 26th March.

However still no payment. She's posting off a letter before action today and I'll update as soon as anything happens.

my latest payment was late, by about 6 days, i emailed them once late and they said their was some problem hence it got processed late. slight annoyance but got the money now

FWIW, my experience of BMP cashbacks over the last couple of years on a few mobile contracts (mine and family members):
- without fail the email confirmations that the claim voucher has been received and confirmed have arrived within a week of posting the voucher and bills to them;
- cashback (via credit to bank account) arrives at the absolute latest date promised in the email (i.e. 14 days after the xth of y month) or slightly late (within the following 7 days of that "latest date").

Personally I've never chased them when it is late (I'm relying on the email they send confirming that payment will be made). I'm assuming that the email can be used as evidence of the cashback claim being sent and accepted if the payment ever fails to materialise and I need to go down a legal route with them.

Cashback (post #973) now paid. So that's 22 days after e-mail (and 50 after cashback claim was accepted).
