Last payment received today just in time for Christmas! No problems since that glitch(?) in the summer.0

BuyMobilePhones.net have the best deal for my next mobile...
having never heard anything about them or heard / seen of them before.
I decided to look for reviews and this thread came up in google.
are they any good for a simple contract...(no offers / cashback scheme)
pay for the mobile, and pay the monthy contract to the network.
the deal I am looking at is this:
[would have put link here, but I've not enough posts yet.]
It's for the HTC Desire HD
T-mobile
18 month contract
£99.99 for the phone
unlimited data (3gb fup)
300 voice / 300 texts
£25 monthly0 -
Just so you know I took out a 2 year contract on t-mobile for a HTC HD Mini with free Xbox 250gb 360 in September.
They declined all proofs of ID I sent (by Special Delivery to cover my back) to claim the Xbox, despite them being on their approved list
Finally they accepted my first 2 months bills as proof.
The Xbox arrived on Christmas Eve :j
Just persevere with these guys - well chuffed with my phone and tariff - OH dead chuffed with Xbox!0 -
Hi, my current contract is coming to an end and i'm thinking of starting a new one through this site. I'm amazed by some of the free gifts on offer and quite fancy an iPod Touch to go with a new Blackberry.
I've been reading about these proof of IDs that are required to get the free gift, what they include? Passport/driving licence or more?
Thanks for any advice.0 -
Took out a t-mobile contract in August.
FREE motorola milestone (not milestone 2)
24 month
300 min, 300 text, unlimited internet
15 pounds a month.
I never trust cashback deals (esp those which involves posting bills back) or gifts (like ipod or xbox etc).
Got phone in 3 days.
Also got 30 pounds as I went through topcashback.
This is only my personal experience. I have heard people complaining about about late dispatch of phones etc. My advice is don't rely on cashback and free gifts, only take out a contract if it's a good deal on its own.0 -
got it today... was a late dispatch.
I bought the Desire HD on a t-mobile contract, but the mobile boots with the Vodafone logo.0 -
I placed an order on iphone4 from buymobilephones.net on the 15 of December 2010 soon after I received email that I passed their initial security check and my order was ready for processing however my Apple iPhone 4 16GB Black wasn't in stock at that moment. After a month getting their automatic emails like (every 2 days so be prepared for lots of them):
Your Apple iPhone 4 16GB Black has not yet come back in to stock.
We expect the phone to be with us soon, at which point we will progress your order.
I asked them what was going on with my order and why it takes so long to process it. Few days later they sent me a message that my application for a mobile phone contract had been declined by my chosen network. A month took them to tell me that!
This is the worst service I ever received. Avoid this website if you do not like waist Your time.
Poor service and phones that are not available even the website says they are in stock!0 -
I have no urge to take out a redemption deal, owing to possible problems.
However, I would like to upgrade my three handset a bit early. BMP's site is vague on the process if I buy an "upgrade" phone. Who arranges the number transfer? Me or them? I absolutely do not want to end up having to pay out on two contracts!0
