:rotfl: Oh - just remembered - Krystal, if you're still about, i have a question!

I always thought, breastfed babies were less windy than bottle fed? Is that right?

Violet has wind, from the bottom end, like a grown man - worse than her dad i reckon!:o ! I don't think what I eat has made any difference, as she's had it since birth - every day!

It's not bothering her - it just suprises me that such a beautiful little princess can make such a lot of bottom burps. :rotfl: She is laying across my knee as I type, legs in the air, pumping away.

3onitsway - I was reading about this last night actually :) Both can be prone to wind - breastfed is often if they don't latch on properly, if they are left to scream before they get fed they can swallow air and viola you have a windy baby - I'm sure Krystal will give a better and more explanatory answer shortly tho :D

Perfectly normal... Although a little embarrasing when friends are holding our cute little bundles... Although it's easy enough to differentiate between wind and the other.... Aimee used to explode into her nappies...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

:rotfl: It is highly amusing when someone is holding her and she does an especially loud one! Quite a few have looked at me as if to say 'it was the baby - not me!. :rotfl:

I'd be so tempted to stare at them in horror and insist that such a small person couldn't possibly have produced that sort of noise or stench and they should be ashamed of themselves blaming the baby.
