Hi Jem, this is my first weekend with the dialler, was working evenings ok all week and I didn't use the phone yesterday so only just noticed. Orchid set everything up for me and I haven't a clue about the cw list. I'm having a problem downloading it, just looking at the info on orchid now.0

Two possible reasons then,
1. The routing table is set up wrongly for weekends but is OK for weekday evenings.
2. The time on your dialler is wrong.
Easiest way to check is through CWClient. I could check if you want but I woul need user name/password which you might not want to give me, understandably.0 -
Thanks for your help Jem, seems to be working ok now, I did the orchid 'phone home number' again and its fine, not getting the zero p message. You were right it must have been the time on the dialler which was wrong.
Thank again.0 -
That's great.
Try to get familiar with CWClient. It's useful in cases like this and also at some point you might want to make your own changes.0 -

Do I need to set the box to prefix 1280 to bypass primus for 0800 calls?
However, it certainly wouldn't hurt to do as you suggest (don't forget a 1280 prefix in your Sky digibox if you have one).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

Can anyone help with a recommendation for a 118 / 192 cheapest routing?
(That free one seems dead now)
Thank you.0 -

Anyone heard from Orchid this week?
I ordered a V4+ on Tuesday but not had any responses to my emails.0 -
Two questions:
1) What is the difference between the V4 adn V4+
2) I will buy one of these for me and also one for my mum who lives at a different address. It is possible for me to somehow transfer my list ot my mum's or at least can I remotely programme her list?
Thanks0
