The 20% discount is still valid, I ordered last week over the phone.0 -
Thanks, it arrived this morning, looks a little complicated, but I'm sure I'll work it out. Getting re-connected to BT next Thursday, so have time to study it. :beer:0

Oh, thin I might go against moneysaving philospy, and request Orchid set my dialler up. They do it for a £2 fee. :rotfl:0

If you ask Orchid they will do a initial setup for you for free. I still cannot access my routing table so Orchid did my routing table for me.

V4 Dialler:
Lift Handset
Dial **#0000* [hhmmdowddmmyy] *2
Replace the handset immediately
Lift Handset
Press redial on your phone
Replace handset after last number has been dialled
Eg:
DOW (Day of week). 1= Monday through 7= Sunday
V4 Dialler Example assuming 4pm Tuesday 29th April:
Lift Handset
Dial ** # 0000* 16 00 2 29 04 05 *2
Replace the handset immediately
Lift Handset
Press redial on your phone
Replace handset after last number has been dialled

Should work first time without having to do the redial.

As mentioned by TOG, generally you don't need to press the redial button after you replace the handset as it does it then. This even applies when dialling home (force home). Incidentally, instead of messing around trying to set date/time, if you force home the date/time will be set by Orchid's diallers automatically as well as downloading any router information.the_devil_made_me_do_it wrote:my fone hasn't got a re-dial function
