Thanks for the reply, I will order the dialler now. It's better than telling the whole family to dial the long 1899 number and waiting for the prompt and then typing in the number they want to ring.

BTW..slightly off topic but you can also set V4 for free directory enquiries.
Under "routing" find "118 - *New*Directory Enq"...then as soon as 118 is dialled it will be routed to (which you will need to set up):

Under the "carrier" drop down list find: "08000192190 - Free Dir Enq"

Thanks for all the help, I have just updated my V4 with the new details so hopefully it should now be ok.
Regarding the free directory enquires number, I have also set this up, but was wondering if I could add under 'routing' '192 - 192 Translation' so that if 192 is dialled on the phone it will automatically translate & dial the 0800 number in the carrier drop down list. Does this make sense ??

It sounds as if it would work re 192. I just use 118 as with all the advertising its the only number the younger members of the family can remember!

Ordered the dialler very impressed but still waiting for registration code to use the CW Client I suppose the email/helplines staff don’t work weekends.
I am able to use program it using the phone but I am confused to how the dialwise would work
Do I dial *#**08444284646*4 then replace the handset?
    While I breathe.... I hope

Just to let you know I tried the 192 translation today & it works fine, Just dial 192 & routes straight throught to the free 118 service.

No. You dial the 0870 number as normal, but the dialler dials up the dialwise number, pauses for 4 second (####) then dials the 0870 number you punched into the phone in the first place.

Edit: Just looked at your question again - are you talking about how the dialler deals with the dialwise number, or are you asking how to set it up for dialwise without the CW program?

Is it just me or is the Orchid web server playing up again, I have been trying to access it with the CW Client for the last couple of days but unable to connect to the server.
