whats peed me off more than anything is, the company, (tiscali) should ask us the customers who we'd like to go with before they sell to a company who for one, I don't like,
so now am stuck ina contract with talktalk!!!!:mad:

Hi all!
I'm a Tiscali broadband customer! From this morning our phoneline and internet are dead?!? Have they gone bust?? I'm writing this quickly as i'm picking up a weak unsecured connection in my area and it keeps cutting me off so i havn't have a chance to read the whole thread.

No - they havn't. Since you have no web access phone them. I trust you have tried reboot of pc, router etc...whats peed me off more than anything is, the company, (tiscali) should ask us the customers who we'd like to go with before they sell to a company who for one, I don't like,

No you aren't - you are still in contract with Tiscali. The sale will not complete for a few months anyway and they have not yet decided whether to keep the Tiscali brand or not. Though to be honest Talk Talk will be an improvement on customer services.0 -
I have tried calling them but it is constantly busy! This is the 3rd day without a phone line/internet! Did something happen to their servers in London??

Sorry it must be so frustrating for you. Im on Tiscali in London and ours is working fine, fingers crossed.0
