THIS WAS THE RICH !! re the fireworks BUT have to back track cos IF i checked my phone messages i would have got THE message re fire works tonite....:o

all animals are fine..bubs were upset as that is what tripped them into panic before !


as for the cars [or rather half of them pretending to be cars in a previous life...:rotfl:] i was waiting for a free weekend on "the bay"

also....HOW DO YOU ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK ???

Alfie, I doubt the free weekend applies to Classifieds but perhaps Choille can let us know.

I've been wondering about facebook selling, but as I have the personality of a long dead jellyfish, I doubt I could really do the social networking bit

And I'm not dangling anything! Seem to remember an innocent remark about balancing books led to a few full Monty offers .

As for Ebay I'll be listing prob about 20 items a week from now on (all sorts), so I've every excuse to go to auctions and spend spend spend :j:j:j

i have just confused myself more than usual !! i found the selling bit on facebook but looks a bit naff to me ?? [no offence] also i tried to see how to put an add [nothing to lose] and it looks like you are opening yourself up to people "getting to you " ??

may have got it wrong but me thinks its NOT for me ! i will stick to the bay...

No offence taken here. I don't use any of the social network sites. I don't trust any of them

OH has phoned re house but Mr house seller is away as his father is poorly. Must add the DDs and I have been having a look see at the horse adverts and have found 2 potential ones however the 2.5k asking price is in short supply.

We had a terrific thunder & lightening storm - so Alfie wizarded that up talking about it.

rhiwfield do you know that auctions are more addictive than crack cocaine? I'm glad that I moved well away from them - not, I do miss an auction. I've been snooping about thinking of alternatives to ebay, but I haven't found owt that looks as busy so therefore as successful. I tried to take photos but the cameras flat again. I have so much stuff in the shed I really can't buy anything until I can move about without tripping over something. Must get listing.

I joined a social network site coz someone nagged me to but it's not my thing - loads of Nigerians want to be my friend for some reason...............

well worth looking for loan horses AND if kept at local stables,often only have to cover costs/part costs ??
OR you could do what i did, get a gorgeous yearling ,turn it out and wave goodbye as you wont catch the beauty again
