LIR - Where about are you?

Wiltshire, so its not likely we'll get snowed in :rotfl:...but we got snowed in before we moved from Somerset.

Here our roads are much less treacherous and certainly fewer hills.:(

Hi Alfie - I could use some olbias oil in a bowl of hot water until I get his meds but he's quite happy cuddled next to the stove on the bench beside me. He's just backin ( I have very clean cats - they have a cat flap) I went outas I heard him coughing his lungs up under the caravan - poor love. It's as clear a bell out there - first time today. You can see all the stars but it's bitter & the snow is deepish.

Posh....no, not at all really: we're not in one of the uber rich areas. We're between four towns. Two are really not posh, one is normal, one is posh. Inside the town circle is a circle of three villages. One is posh, one is normal/mixture one is normal but slightly lesser. Our two nearest cities are quite posh for cities...Davesnave lived in one of them, the other is Salisbury.

We are outside all the towns and villages (people we've met from the villages all argue we are in their village, regardless of the one our postal address is.

We're the only house in our road, (there are some round the corner behind neighbours farm but we cannot see or here them at all...which is fantastic). and between the three villages, so we are quite on our own so technically where we live is as posh as DH and I are, no more and no less. Well, sometimes less. :D

LIR -Nice you're out of the hub but still quite handy for cities. I think we're too far out - feel it at this time.

I think a lot of rural is turning posh - well if it's pretty. Prices may get a bit calmer with money getting tighter but I don't see it changing that much in the countryside.
Now where abouts Vale oF Glamorgan? My geography is rubbish.

Living near Cowbridge, I'll plead the fifth amendment :o

Mind, live near Bridgend too, so not posh at all :D
