Forget beannie babies as well (another cupboard load of them)

Oh no! I too have a cupboard-load (not from carbooting, I used to collect them!) and was hoping they might fetch a bit. Damn!

What about miniature dolls' houses, the collectable antique ones? Again, this is something I was into in my childhood. I have a fully built house, decorated and with the lighting wired up, and I also have all the furniture and a few dolls too. Wonder if it would sell?

I went out shopping without my little lucky charm round my neck and I will not shop without it again.
I bought a little carlton ware dish for £2.50,found same selling on ebay for £2 or best offer:o.Also bought a painting of a seascape signed Tony Black for £10 and I can find absoloutely no information on the artist whatsoever so have probably bought another lemon:rolleyes:.
Bought nice little dish and looked it up,turns out its an art pottery butter dish without its lid, only cost 10p and I like the colour so not too unhappy about that one.
Basically bough a load of rubbish today.

keep an eye out for big box pc games (the clues in the name, they come in big box's !).

if the box and discs are in good condition with user manual they can fetch some good money.

you'd need to aim to not spend anymore than £1 on one, and avoid any sports titles.

everynow and then though you may find one worth £20+

Had a day off work today, did a sweep of the charity shops. Bough The Moomins Vol 3 on dvd for £2.99 as a potential present for my niece, turns out it's worth about £26 on play and amazon!

    Hmmm, sell or keep?

Well it just so happens that any time I have stumbled on a cracking bargain I have been wearing it.Infact I bought my beswick bull for 25p just 10 minutes after I hung it round my neck for the first time.I have always said I dont believe in good luck charms, that everyone makes their own luck in life, but lately I do think theres something about my little charm. It was given to me by a romany who said it would bring me good luck.Maybe it does ,maybe it doesnt ,but I will wear it when I go shopping next time.
