    Well I'm confused.

    You want to see and then you don't want to sell. If you need to sell then you need to lower your price. If you just want to test the waters then stick to your price. But to mess about just to save you the cost of a new HIP (And don't forget there's an extra bit you've got to have in April) then you're being a bit bizarre.

    A new hip is about 170 for a cheap one. Not selling your house now and chasing the market down could cost you ££££.

    My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)

    oh here goes socrates just can not keep away, i said i will sell in a year or two years, is that hard for you to understand poppysarah???

    I'm confused.

    I want to see a link to the house; we're selling ours at the mo so I am genuinely interested. Its only been on the market a few days and we were FTB when we bought it so am new to all this.
