Me me!
Ooopss sorry, no I'm not, I am more of a carer/student type person these days......
Confused - I am not confused by your reasons which I can sort of understand but more by the attitude to selling your house.
Do you really (and I mean really) want/need to sell your home or is it something that you thought would be quite nice to have a change?
If the answer to the above is need to sell then it seems a little strange putting the property up for way way above a sensible price (I am meaning the 1 million) as surely it would be better to get what price you could now, rather than maybe in a year when for all we know, the prices could be a fair bit lower (they could of course stay the same or increase but I am not that optimistic).
If the answer is would be quite nice, then I can sort of see where you are coming from...it just seems a little weird (not you being weird, I was trying to think of a word and my brain has gone into meltdown)..mind you, I am the Queen of weirdness so you would be in good company.:rotfl:
I have no opinion on estate agents as such as I have had nothing to do with them since 1990, so I cannot agree or disagree with you on that point.
HIPS just seem like a waste of time (and money) to me anyway....so I think if I was selling, I would be as uptight as you about them.
And if any of the above made sense to you, then you are doing better than me....brain has gone completely la la tonight (mine not yours!)We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
What's this meant to mean?
Show you who I really am? When you're going under the name of 'confused31'?
After you, sir (or madam).

Lonesome me, then, with just one.
Afterthought - (confused, just which other two IDs do you think are mine...??)0 -

Googler it does not matter either way - Confused talks a good game then at the end of it lo and behold he decides every time he is not going to do anything.
One afterthought though if we were his bosses at work - would we have decided to give him a sabbatical and let him spend it at home since October last year?
I bet they had a tough decision.0
