    This is funny.

I'm so glad we moved and no longer have to deal with people like this.

im sure you bought at the right time, and im sure you got a bargain, and that your house has not dropped a penny since you bought it, some people are like kids in a sweet shop, hope you dont regret it in the future.

i doubt you had offices, and i doubt your retired, maybe you have just been put out to graze, has for saying you would tell me to leave, it would be nice for you to find a office to work in, to tell me to leave.

Running horse makes me laugh, im ever so glad we havent got to deal with people like you anymore, we have jumped in early and bought, was it too early???

Yes I am a retired EA and perhaps one of the more experienced ones on this board. You need to work out the value of having people like me and the other agents who freely give their time to try and help. We try and help others particularly those who are being shafted bythe slimy EA's around.

So your choice accpet there are some OK EA's or call all, like you called Miss Motivation, very rude things. Her posts have always been most helpful and there must be a lot of people on the board who have thought so.

You need to read the forum rules down the right hand side: -

Pls be nice to all MoneySavers. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

Lastly can you tell us what line of work you do, or don't do, so others may wish to sling vile abuse your way.

you have helped a few people but not that many your just full of sssst like the rest of them, you keep on telling yourself you are helping people.

Yor nearly has bad has to financial advisers, who have it in bold has there signature and every post ends with seek professional advice from a adviser.

And then when you question why they have got this signature they say, its money savingexperts rules, which clearly state
    • Mortgage Advisers are very welcome on this board and are thanked for the time and effort they put in to help users. This site’s view is it’s always better to use a good mortgage broker to get a mortgage than go direct to a bank or building society (see Mortgage Broker article).

    • Mortgage Advisers' signatures. If mortgage brokers want to add a signature about being a broker to their post it should be
SEE IT SAYS IF THEY WANT TO.

I'm not. Don't know why FTBs are such a problem to you actually. Why are you so angry?

the only people who have had a go at me are either esate agents, has i have said they are all full of sssss, and ftb's because they think i should drop my house price to 2002 levels, if people dont like it thats up to them, but i make my own decisions.

I'm not having a go about anything. Just think you are being quite unreasonable, and at times downright nasty. I am an EA, but as I said, not having a go. Also not full of sssst as you so kindly put it. But that's your opinion and it doesn't really bother me as you don't know me.

Oh and if you read the forums post's a lot of them are from first time buyers, moaning about sellers not dropping their prices.

So my post would have ruffled a few of the first time buyers feathers has i have said i will not drop mine any more, thats why i stated that most of the people wo have poted on this thread moaning are either estate agents or first time buyers, and that was proven when i checked a few user names post's.

If i was a first time buyer and a seller came on here saying he was taking their house off the market and not dropping the price anymore, i would probably have a go, im just lucky im not a first time buyer.

I will market my house at a higher price so it wont sell but it will still be on the market, then in a year or so i will try and sell again, im just waiting for the bottom to be reached, ive done all my chasing, and i also think a lot of other people have, has the reductions in houses for sale from estate agents by me are falling, big time.

The other thing is round by me there is only one house i would be interested in at the moment and its still priced at 2006 prices, so thats a no no.
