I'm a buyer (probably with a house, but who knows!!). To look at property I have to take time off work (few sellers are flexible about viewing times). If the property isn't really for sale, I pay for it, in the form of working yet another weekend cos I didn't get it all done mon-fri. .Mortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000

you dont want to say that you never know what you might be doing in 6 months, the way things are going.
i wont be selling ours now for at least for 12 months, prices are still coming down, maybe when they hit bottom we may sell.I am not a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as not being a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Who is upset? The only poster getting their knickers in a twist is you my dear.
When you have even a vague understanding of how the process works come back and then try and engage in an adult conversation, until then you carry on wasting peoples time.
I can honestly say that I have never read such hypocrticial nonsense from you in this thread Confused :rolleyes:My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to sayIgnore......check!0
