Becky004 not sure where your books are stored, but trying burning oil burners, or incense in the room to help remove the smell. With the number of books you have it may take some time, but if you can seperate them down should work quicker. I do this when bringing musty smelling things down from the loft and is seems to do the trick.
Good luck with selling them though! La Senza pearls are good as well in the envelope0 -

The best way to go is to search the videos that you have on amazon, see what the others are selling for, if it's not too good have a look on ebay and see if it's any better there.
Write whatever you can in the description to make yours sound better than the others - so long as it's all true of course! be sure to mention the case condition (if the case is damaged swap it for a good one, even if it means buying a cheapo in the charity shop if the video is worth the bother) and how fast you can get it in the post.0 -
Hi,
have just gone to list a book on Amazon, a paperback book from the mid 90's and there is just one other on sale at £47, I was going to list mine at about £3!!! Is there any way of checking if this is a reasonable price or why it's so expensive? Amazon do not have any for sale or a photo of the book, so I assume it's out of print but not sure?
Mine is virtually new, the other one is an ex library book, not in that good a condition, to say I'm flabbergasted is putting it mildly!!
As you've gathered I'm new to Amazon selling and have tried to find info on the thread but no luck...probably me!
Thanks for any help...Grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me"0 -
Have a look on https://www.bookfinder.com or https://www.abebooks.co.uk to check prices. American sellers especially can put very high silly prices on books. Don't list at £3! A tenner at least!I'm sorry but I'm not Mike!0

At least people are looking at your items, after a good run I've now not sold anything since Tuesday

Soo
I had 2 days this week without a sale and thought my account was broken, sold 3 yesterday, but every sale today has been "pending"! So from past experience they won't go, only ever had 1 pending go through.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

All is not lost though I have sold 21 books since taking out the pro-merchant thing 9 days ago, so it should (in theory!) be worth my while by the end of the month.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
