Well done helnag! My detox is going good but I haven't even lost a lb! I feel better though so that's the main thing. I drink loads of water at work, but slip at the weekend even though got lovely tap water right at hand. x

I have actually been really good with my diet so far...yay!!! I have been carefully keeping a food diary for the first time and it really has helped although only 3 days in so I'm sure my determination will wane....

So far today I have had...

2 cups of lemon and green tea,
    1 pint of water,
a bowl of melon and grapes with low fat yoghurt
    1 slice of wholemeal toast

I wont get any exercise today though because it's my working day and by the time I have picked up the girls and got home it's about 7 o'clock. I'll then need to do my ironing and that's it, evening gone. I don't even get to walk to school today cos big one goes with the childminder, boo...I'm starting to really enjoy my walking!! :j

    On the dfw front...

I'm hoping to clear Next this month...yay. When I dropped LO off this morning I got my invoice from the nursery and I've overpaid by around £90 which can go off Next plus my TCredits go up £30 pw from the 11th, I've worked out my budget and it's do able but I don't want to set myself too high a goal so am going to aim for half this month and half next month...if I do it all this month then woo hoo!! :T

All of my bills have gone out this month so that's good but I still have rent and pet insurance on Tuesday so I do need to pay £25 in which will just come straight from my ex. It'll be tight living on the other £25 for the week but it's just so satisfying knowing my bills are covered and I wont get any charges or anything.
Who knew paying bills could be soooo satisfying?? :rotfl:

I start my new job tomorrow so that will be exhausting and it means that once I get paid I'll have to let tax credits know how much I'll be earning and I'll lose a bit from them but I'll be earning more myself so will balance out I'm sure. Actually I wonder when I do get paid....I'm not sure!!

Oh well back to work now, will have a brief lurk later and hopefully get a chance to post what else I've eaten, have come to work armed with a weight watchers shepherds pie (half price in Sainsburys) I know that Fridays are my down fall so thought I'd bring something that I'll always happily eat, although looking at the weather wouldn't mind a tuna salad lol.

Hope everyone has a nice day and a lovely loooonnnggg weekend!!

Oh look, i get my own special 'where the hell are u?' post! Everythings just been a bit weird this week, i'm ill but have different symptoms everyday but mostly i just wanna sleep, not really done alot of useful stuff, got some lightspeed money paid into my paypal account and a cheque from envirophone but not alot of DFW things going on. STILL not been paid my missing 9hrs and getting very very annoyed about it! Accidently did lots of shopping the other day cause i was feeling pants, took half of it back the next day though so i feel like i redeemed myself.

Good work on the diet, mines all iffy this week since half the time I don't wanna eat and the rest I wanna pig out to numb the crappy feeling all balancing out though I think. The kitchens full of cakes though so no doubt a few of them will disappear into my belly at some point, if LO doesn't get there first obvs. Speaking of LO i'd better go fetch him, i was late picking him up from creche yesterday and got 'mummy i'm not very happy with you' jeez child your 2 not 12!! lol.

    Catch you later

Lol, just realised I hadn't heard from you in a while so was a bit concerned ha ha. Long as you're ok(ish). Love the Lo's attitude, think my youngest will be like that she has an attitude already and she's not yet 2!!

Well done for taking some stuff back, I have been a bit naughty with cheeky spends but am reigning it in now after realising I can't afford to be debt free and have the occasional (not so occasional) treat. I had some stuff from Newio Lookio that I ordered with some of my eBay money (I desperately needed new jeans and something to wear on my feet other than ballet pumps) and I went to take the jeans back as they didn't fit properly (hence the diet although they were just a strange cut honest lol), anyway I took them back to exchange them and ended up spending £47 on my cap1 (Yes the one that I celebrated clearing last month)...I still feel guily now!! But I have learned my lesson and will just avoid all clothes shopping places from now on. The cc is now standing with a £47 balance but come the 11th I'll clear it (again):eek: oooops!!

This months budget is looking a lot better though so hopefully I'll get back on top of things although petrol for my new job will give it a bit of a bashing. At least I wont have another £100 BT bill to contend with again and hopefully not a massive sky bill as I have only used it once to ring a mobile and that was just to quickly chase up a reference for my new job. Plus my nursery will only be £90 next month...yay!! Plus for the first time this month my ex is giving me £300 towards the car...woop woop!! :T:T

Ahh Well, MUST do some work now, office is yet again a pig sty, I think I will change my work title to 'cleaner' as I seem to spend most of my time tidying and cleaning when I come in on a Friday which in a way is good cos it means I have more hours clocked up working from home!!

Hope you feel better YM20 :grouphug:( goodness, I've heard people call these hugs dodgy and now I really see why!!!) Anyhoo, they're get well hugs all the same. xx

That is quite a dodgy looking hug lol. Been playing in the garden since we got back and now i've got prickly heat going on on my hands/arms n feet, just to add to my issues! I officially blame my LO for this though since I never got it before I had him and now I only even have to look at the sun and i'm rashy and gross!

You can celebrate clearing Cap1 all over again then! There is a brightside...somewhere! And it is necessary to buy new stuff for the summer, in the hope that there will actually be one.

Your lights on, looks like the office cleaning is going well...multitasking with MSE??

It's funny what having kids can do isn't it, I get a really dry scalp since having my youngest but never used to and my friend is now slightly allergic to peppers. Very strange.

Every cloud has a silver lining as they say!! Give it ten days and it will be gone again, then I will be able to celebrate and this time it will stay in the drawer to ensure there are no pure impulse buys. I will never give capital one another penny after that...NOT ONE!!!

Having a good day diet wise today, started my new job this morning and took an egg and low fat salad cream s/w with me cos I know what I'm like when I'm in the car all day. Also have had an apple juice, loads of water and a banana. Am child free tonight so am off to Sainsburys to buy myself a nice cheap bit of steak as a treat for starting my new job...I love steak and haven't had any for months as the kids don't eat it. I am also gonna treat myself to a cheap trashy book and have a nice lonnnnngggg soak in the bath (so not MSE).

Oh well best be off, more ironing to do and then Sainsburys.

Hope everyone's having a nice day with the lovely weather. (apart from you YM20...No sun for you!!!)

    So another week....

Had a nice weekend, worked on Saturday and Sunday mornings and just did some housework and chilled yesterday. Have managed to do 20 minutes of my kickboxing dvd 3 days in a row, which is a big achievement for me. Eating has been very good and still sticking to my food diary.

I haven't really spent much money this weekend, only £10 on petrol and had to get some milk as well, other than that I've been very good. My mum paid some money into the bank for me on Friday and I forgot to get my card back from her so haven't had any access to any money all weekend which has really helped me with not spending. I managed to check on line banking this morning by getting my mum to read out my card number over the phone and I seem to have a £50 surplus after all my bills so I'm gonna give it til Monday when I know there'll be more money going in and then use the spare £50 to pay off my cap 1 (again). I don't want to do it before then just in case I'm forgetting something!!

Oh well off to start the housework...loads to do, my eldest has a friend round later and the house is currently a tip, spent the morning at the church mums and toddlers group so LO is knackered and ready for a nap.

Have a nice day all. xx
