Hi helnag,
Sorry not been in for a wee while but got a new girl at work and haven't been able to get on the web! Glad DD's not gonna be a problem with the bank holiday, phew what a relief!
How've you been? x0 -
Hi Swinstie,
Yeah we're good thanks, we have my brother in law staying with us at the moment so a bit more expense with food shopping but struggling through!! I've just stocked up on a lot of Sainsburys half price stuff and although it's not what we'd normally eat it's cheap when you're feeding a big strapping lad!!
The kids are loving having him around too which is good plus I get a bit of support for picking the big one up if I'm running late, yesterday I was at a first aid course for my new job and he had to go get her so it comes in handy. I do miss my privacy and space a bit but it's only for a week or 2 until his mum settles down. She's giving him a bit of a hard time over his marriage.
I have decided to jump on your detox bandwagon as of today, well not so much detox but generally healthy eating!! I will still drink coffee (but limited to one in the morning to wake me up) but I'm just gonna try and be very good with food and eat more fruit and veg and drink more water. I just really wanna lose this last 1/2 stone. How's yours been going??
I must admit I feel I've been slightly neglecting MSE lately but I've been non stop with training and trying to sort the house out and god knows what else.
Need to go switch my alarm off now before it wakes the whole house up...will be back in a bit to post properly.

Yeah same here, I used to be really good but I barely drink a glass of water a day now and I too get awful head aches...
So far today I have had a kiwi and an apple with yoghurt and one glass of water, so far so good!!!
