I have an ING mortgage but was told by ING on the phone that as I had no savings with them, then I was classed as a new customer for this purpose and would be eligible for the £20 promo bonus.
My account was opened very quickly and I've also deposited a few quid more since my £1 cheque was cashed but there is no word by email or on site with regard to the £20. I'm not overly bothered if I dont get it but has anyone else who holds a mortgage with them applied and had confirmation about the £20?
I've had nothing but hassle with csa's who give out wrong information this week so wouldn't be surprised if this was yet another instance. :rolleyes:Herman - MP for all!0 -
I got the email but the cheque has not cleared. Mind you I have to wait as they have to verify my ID. I will contact them next week or so as I got until the 31st to pay in.0
