i've been reading some of the posts and quite tempted in purchasing this but i've just looked at the price!!!! £300! does this work any more better than having it done at a laser surgery clinic as you can get 12 sessions for £450 and i'm torn as to what to go for.. i only want to treat my chin area and thats it
It only seems kinky the first time.. :A

Is the £450 for doing the chin? I'd be interested in that if the clinic said it was a permanent solution.

Unfortunately laser isn't guaranteed to give permanent results whichever laser machine is used. Electrolosysis is likely to give more permanent results according to various reports. This might be a better solution for smaller areas.

If thats £450 just for 12 sessions then of course the machine is the better value - as many treatments as you need - when you need

I plan on going over each area once every 4-6 weeks.

I asked boots and the answer is
    Dear ...
Thank you for contacting us about our Smooth Skin device.
I have looked into this for you. To have a new bulb fitted in the handset and for it to be refurbished again for further use, the cost will be £99. The handset will be sent away for this to be done.
I hope that this information helps.
I am thinking to buy rio IPL from argos when it comes and pay 4 Year Breakdown Cover - Personal Care
Then i want wary for bulb

Are you working on behalf of Boots or a rival company?

BTW...Anyone with this machine, please do not use it when leant against a radiator. It caused me a few electric shocks yesterday lol
