No shopping for me today as I was visiting a friend but instead of bringing her the usual flowers I brought a No7 gwp make up bag filled with various cosmetics from other gwp's and sanctuary body butters. She was over the moon with it and it was lovely to see how excited she was. It's something I'd never have thought of doing before I found you lovely people so thank you!!

On another note, happy birthday to the birthday ladies and congrats to all the new mummies and grand mummies:beer:

I have been able to finally pick up the 'new' No7 Nail Colour, "Vivid Violet' which only cost £1.10 after perkie.
So if I don't manage to find something amazing, I will get another of these...
Thats if I can hunt one down (they do seem to go out of stock very quickly).

I did see lots of the re-usable bags in store today. ( The ones that give you points when the SA scans them)

At No7 stand today saw promotion of No7 Age Defence Cleansing Balm (cant find on .com). Said: "Available for just 3.50 with your No7 voucher".
Its quite big box, i think about 150-200ml

They had this promotion in the Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't see any left at all when I went in a couple of days ago. I did buy some when the promotion was on, though, and have to say I prefer it to the cleanser that I got in the big black No7 set that was OOTW before Christmas. I had hoped to get some more, but hopefully they'll get it back in stock soon.

Someone mentioned the reduced Elizabeth Arden and wondered whether you would still get points. Today in the Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch there was some on the clearance stand near the swimming costumes etc., and there was a sign above the tray stating that you get 500 points when you buy 2 Elizabeth Arden products, so it must be valid with those, too. They had some lipglosses reduced to £7.xx and the set of lipglosses with a little black bag reduced to £13.xx

Still a few Model Me bits reduced on the bit of clearance shelf near the hair products, where there were also a few reduced perfumes, coloured eyelashes and some Children In Need Pudsey bags (the spotty ones with an attached Pudsey charm) which were priced at £2.45 each.

None of the Christmas clearance stock seems to be coming to Maidstone, though, and we still haven't had any of the black cases that the No7 Artist Collection came in (I think that would make a great jewellery case). Sanctuary is still at full price, as is the silver Gilette set that others have found reduced. No putting sets, either

jazzteddy, isn't the perkie working on any reduced items now? i've been away since tuesday (nowhere near a boots store or a PC:eek: ) and I am reading the thread backwards. Mr b is going to lose a lot of very loyal customers at this rate. There is no incentive to spend a fiver anymore if the perkies can only be redeemed against full (over)priced items:rolleyes:

I'm thinking of treating myself to some no7 beauty serum which I think is just over the £18 so should get a gwp. Can I use a 250pts voucher & a perkie too and still get the gwp?

Sure u can... scan all the items (or get SA 2 scan all items), then give ur pts voucher(s) and then the Perkie... have done this several times b4 with no problems... HTH

did you say xmas clearance stock is being shipped out to stores, bellydancer?:T I spotted some xmas No7 and sanctuary gift sets in a basket by the till in high street kensington just over a week ago. I asked the SA if they were reduced. He said "no. They are full price". Wish I'd had them price checked now:rolleyes:
