Quick question
What happens if ??
I had placed an online order and got bonus points, hastely spent the points then remembered I had an item to return. I'm confused as to what they will do. Does anyone know ? Will my card go into the negative ? Will they refuse the refund ?
Thanks
KarinaBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -
Sorry - I have no idea where that snipping came from, but we do have the basis for a poem here. Is it sonnet form that rhymes A B C C or is O level English just too long ago?
For anyone else who needs to get out more - try googling rhyme scheme abcc. There are universes out there that are not even parallel!0 -
Sorry forgot to post that also when I got home my .com order had been delivered & left with my neighbour - wasn't expecting it till monday so that was good. Very pleased with the Sanctuary bits but tbh I think the maxfactor GWP is not very good at all!! Oh well you win some you lose some - it'll look ok in a hamper for someone bulked up with lots of other bits I guess.0

Evening.
I have found two extracts acm vouchers in my bag, i dont think i have ever seen it in my store. Is it worth looking for, and what do you think is the best buy?
Thanks.
Have a great weekend x0 -
You might have to wait a bit for the next instalment! Out to Chelmsford tomorrow, then invited to my cousin's on Sunday, then out on Monday with The Friend Who Used To Be A BV (Boots Virgin), But Is Now An Old Tart!!!
Her husband sent for an over 60s Boots card since we last met up, and she asked what ammunition she needs for Monday. I had visions of her getting bullets, but she means vouchers, so she is going to spend £5 tomorrow to get a Perkie!!
See you all next week,

in all honesty i think my son is the one most upset by incident as it meant he didnt get his new toy lol he's cheered up little now we've watched the robinsons and eaten a whole tub strawberries
Our loved ones are so much more important than a grumpy sales assistant.
As Weebug said..It is better to choose being 'Happy', but some do find this a harder thing to achieve than others.
I do hope that you sort this out, with as little fuss and stress as possible.
Remember, that for every unkind person, or gesture......
There are thousands more wonderful moments and lovely people in this world who are kind,
thoughtful and have choosen "Happy" as their way of being.
We only pass through this world just once and a little kindness along the way, both given and recieved,
means more than any coupon or glitch that Mr B can throw at us..
Do Take care ((Hugs))..X0 -
Thats not right. You can def order in store and pay with points. Lots of other people have done this with no problem. Your store must have it wrong.
BTW dont know what the cutlery is like.
You are 100% correct Sarnd, I ordered instore today and used points, but the SA didn't really know what to do and at first told me I couldn't. I told her that CS had said it was ok and she went and rang them, and 15 mins later ..... I was able to place my order.0 -
well i have taken your advise and contacted cs they were very kind and helpful 20mins later manager from store called me to apologise and let me know they will be looking into it and she will get back to me on Monday. i think im in shock still more than anything else but luckily its not the boots which is closest to me so i can still go lol
Thank you for all your kind words and support xx
Good for you. Probably not the first thing on your mind at the mo but everything aside she shouldn't have spoken to you like that, there are ways of saying 'you shouldn't really be getting two discounts' and she chose the wrong way. Well done on keeping your temper, I would have jumped over the counter and ripped her hair out!!0 -

This was how i described them to the SAs...who haven't seen them yet (& neither have i).
The cute little lemon coloured cotton Meal Deal bags are instore tho' (Albion St already sold out!).
