I know Lancome isn't a cheap range, but if you buy it anyway then there's a very good offer online at the moment.

If you buy 3 items you get 1000 points, and there are 2 different GWP's for buying 2 items as well. So 3 of these, for instance, would be £40.50 plus 1000 points, plus a GWP Bronzer & Brush (no piccie), plus this GWP.

As I said, not a cheap range, but a great deal if you are a Lancome user.:D

Maybe we should post the names and stores of these horrible SA`s?

We could have a chart, a Troll Top Ten.

Straight in at No1 Lollyred1 `s SA. Any more for the chart?

    Just a thought. xx

I too felt like crying when I read your post, because I was humiliated beyond belief last month at Bluewater.

I posted on here and lots of peeps told me to contact CS, but quite honestly, you just want to put the whole thing behind you, don't you.

If you or one of your minions is reading this Mr B, do you think you could introduce some Customer Care training PDQ? It is actually an offence to accuse someone of "conning" anyone, especially when the SA spoke loud enough for her colleagues - and goodness knows who else - to hear.

Easier said than done, I know Lolly Red, but now you've got the incident out in the open, you've got to put it down the loo, where it belongs, and flush it away, with all the other nasty sh*t!

    xx

Managed to get 2 of these Mediterranean sets
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=46885&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
at £2 each today and 3 Aromatherapy Blissful bath floats
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=49329&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
for £1 each. The total came to £5.XX so it seems one third is coming off reduced Med stuff.
Then with my perkie I picked up a Stay perfect compact SEL £7 but at first at the till it came up at £3.18 BUT SA overrode it and charged me £6.35. Still a bargain but £3.18 would have been better and thats what the till said! Silly me for going to No7 till:o

Good luck to all with hospital appts and hugs to anyone in need of TLC

Peeps may remember that charming Lady Of The Meadow (my Mummy, GRHS, told me never to call anyone a "cow" - oops, just did ;) !) Mr B - she's the one who said she was i/c at Bluewater when the Manager wasn't there and you can read the full details here on post 813!
