God you must be so mad and upset at the same time, I am incensed on your behalf, what is it with these rude, abusive sales assistants!! Written in bold just so Head Office don't have to strain to see!!!
I am almost lost for words. What makes this worse is that you prob wont feel up to complaining and she could probably sense that.

What was her response when your lovely friend made her aware of your situation?

omg so sorry bout the VERY dragon SA...you should complain to CS, that is definitely not how they should treat customers and not even TRYING to see if the voucher works!!!??!?!? Boots give vouchers out so we, the customers use them! I hate it when this happens to me too...some SA's think THEY make the rules up!!
I seriously, think you should talk to CS, especially if you know the SA's name...

To be honset i had turned away by then as i was fighting to stay in control cause i was either going to cry or launch myself over the counter and rip her hair out (and didnt want ds to see me do this lol). Your right i know i should complain but i dont have her name or even the enrgy this afternoon to do it. Just curled up under blanket with ds watching meet the robinsons for the 100th time this week xx

Has reduced 17 eye shadow trio at perfume counter.£1 (tried to use 100pts from acm - computer said no.)
Also clearance stand is allocated at back of the store beside childran clothing.
About 2 reduced cupcakes (61p)
About 4 Loreal anti fatigue set.

hi all:D I didn't get a chance to read this thread yesterday (OH had a day off so it was his turn on the PC) I've got about 12 pages to read:eek:

DH asked if I'd like to go for a drive up to M Keynes. "Of course" said I *boots here I come*;)

I searched everywhere for a clearance section, but they only had a couple of very small stands with No7 reductions (suncream, moisturisers and foundations) or did I miss it? lots and lots of No7 liquid foundations and compacts. I wanted to get a couple but I couldn't find my shade:rolleyes: I asked the No7 lady to price check the No7 bath soak (after someone reported it scanned at 1/2 price), but it scanned at full price

No putting sets to be seen. No extract minis.

Lots of reduced essential aromatherapy products on normal shelves with reduced sels. sanctuary minis reduced to 55p on sel, but shelf was empty:(
some med reductions with clearance stickers on, but on normal shelf.

spotted some old med bags. 'Discontinued' was written on the sel, but the bag scanned at £9.xx

All I got was an intelligent balance moisturiser, free with perkie.

Really disappointed with that store, so off I went to debenhams in seach of the origins freebie. SA said they'd all gone:( had to console myself with a free choc bar from the body shop. I won't be going back there in a hurry!

lollyred1 - I normally snip posts where I can, but in your case I decided against it because I really hope that MrB and his 'spies' are still reading these threads. And if they are, they should feel thoroughly disgusted with the behaviour of not one, but two members of their staff. To say I'm livid on your behalf would be a gross understatement. I'm fuming!

Most people on here can understand the stress you must have felt, and how it might be even more stressful for you if you complain about these 'individuals' (I daren't type what I'd really like to call them!) but as your friend can verify what actually happened, do you think that it might be possible for her to contact CS on your behalf?

They shouldn't be able to get away with such sickening behaviour, and I personally feel that those individuals aren't fit to work in a store that deals with health and beauty. I hope they're hanging their heads in shame - the *****'s :mad:

Rant over, and apologies for the bold type, but please don't let the sickening behaviour of two people such as those, spoil any future trips out. xxx

Haven't managed to read back yet only this page but lollyred1, i'm disgusted by the attitude of those SA's and i hope they are now thoroughly ashamed of themselves. I actually feel sick in my stomach that they can get away with treating people like that. I'm glad you were not on your own when it happenend too, maybe your friend could call that particular branch and ask the manager to have a word with them.
