Freecycle is fab! :T I've been a member of the Cardiff, Bridgend, RCT & Caerphilly groups for several months now & think it's a great idea.

Although I've not taken anything yet I've given away a breadmaker, a juicer, several duvets to a dog's home, and a rugby international ticket to a very happy 12 year old!

Anything that saves filling up landfill sites is a wonderful idea! :j

I am a member of both the colchester freecycle group and the tendring district group too - I am right on the border and also very near to ipswich so thinking of joining that too. so far I have got rid of a lawnmower (and I delivered that cos I was so pleased to be getting rid of it!)

thanks to this thread I've now joined free2collect too!

We do have a few nutters posting wants for cars, dishwashers, beds and the like, but most people get the spirit of the thing.

    Have a good day!
