True Rex but casting no dispersions - the suites that I've been to look at were from very expensive houses and hadn't had a lot of use.

I suppose it depends also on your local area. In my local freecycle groups I see a lot of VERY good quality items being given away.

Yes....after initial doubts, found myself donating stuff and have gotten some good 'unwanted's' in return.
  • I sell stuff on Ebay but, as a journalist I get books, cds etc for review and morally I don't like to sell those. So most stuff goes to charity shops but Freecycle sounds as if
it could be useful as well.

Would you believe that a town as big as Taunton only has 125 members and hardly any posts..... come on people in Taunton (and surrounding areas!)...... give away your unwanted stuff.

THink most of us are on it anyway!

But you do have to give things away on it too, not just take, or it doesn;t work.

  • freecycle is cool. Got rid of items I would likely to have to pay the Local Authority to remove, and I've also helped out others with getting rid of their items,

Only downside is the number of wanted posts.... They seem to outweigh the offers by about 5:1 and I now don't even bother with them.

Its a diesel. 50mpg - laugh at all the petrols
Its a tuned 260bhp diesel - laugh at them in the rearview mirror as they vanish
