So stevetodd was yet another person advocating violence on this thread?
Or am I getting it wrong?
No I think he said he hoped that the guys name was printed in the paper and that animal rights activists acted on it.
Although I am not sure what the action he was hoping they would do would be? I just said I hoped they didn't break the law in whatever they did.0 -
Im sickened by what has happened to your poor cat! If i where you i would contact the police asap.0

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat.
Just wanted to let you know my family have went through a similar situation and I think you should pursue this as far as possible. Here's some links to articles about how my Uncle killed my brothers cat. Unfortunately my Uncle had a good lawyer and with the help of some lies he managed to appeal against a 4 month jail sentance and instead was given 200 hours community service

I'm so so sorry, it's terrible & omg @ too harsh, throw away the key!0 -
Absolutely horrified by this. I would be in bits if this happened to my boys. I would feel like doing the same to him.
My advice......
Tell the police. I remember reading about a man who killed a neighbours cat. He was charged with criminal damage, as the cat was the neighbours' property. If not, he will be charged with animal cruelty.
If he gets charged, make sure the newspapers know. Get his disgusting name out there and tell everyone you know. Ruin his reputation and ruin his life.
Absolute piece of scum.0 -

I hope you get some justice soon
Steph xx
Edit: Had a wild idea just, make about 5 missing cat posters and just hand them out to the builders with a reward for information I'm sure that you will find the git!
xxx
not too sure about wishing the guy dead (what goes around comes around so he'll get his eventually) but the poster idea is a very good one.
It should help to flush him out and I hope his employers are true to their word and sanction him in some way for such disgusting behaviour.
I think there is a lot of emphesis on building sites not affecting/disrupting the local residents these days and I'd say having someone working for you who thinks nothing of killing what is clearly someones cherished pet should be taken very seriously.0 -
The guy is a complete scumbag, I hope you've managed to find out who it is and the appropriate action been taken against him - I would be devastated if someone did this to my two, I can only offer my condolences at this time - not that it will help you feel much better over the loss of your poor cat.0

Just sending in my thoughts to you and your family, must be awful for you all.
I would definatly be doing everything in my power to get this man who did it to my animal. Press, police, protests, you name it!! What an awful human being0 -
I am really appalled to hear that a human being (if you can call this scumbag b*****d that) can treat a poor defenseless wee cat in that manner, my thoughts are with you and your family.Like good food and drink?
Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.
