I have given up with my poxy scales - they are reading 13stone today:eek: Now I know that my clothes are a lot looser and my doctor told me yesterday (mind, he has never met me before) said that I was looking thin (no I wasnt wearing black either). I am quite fit because he took my blood pressure and I was 128/86 and I had race walked to the doctors from home - about a mile and then I walked back and then back up the hill again to go to the hairdressers, then back.

I am doing a fair bit of walking - admittedly, there are times when I have eaten junk but for the most part I am eating healthily and drinking more water than there is in the sea (4 ltrs a day):D

I don't know what happened this past week, but I gained weight:o

So my total was a measly pounds and a half for March, jeez, that's so embarassing, I'm going straight over to join the April thread even though I wasn't going to because of the holidays approaching.

Hi Guys, sorry to bother you but what im after is a free, of course, diet plan, something that tells you what to eat, & when to eat it! ha ha I know this is very personal but if there is a sort of template for adult men something that can be tailored to individuals id be delighted!
I guess im asking for a lot but unless you ask you dont get!

If this plan included optimum exercises or something that would be even better!
  • Last weigh in of the month, and didn't lose anything, though I did maintain.

But means I have only lost 5 pounds this month, though better then nothing. I will lose the 7 pounds next month! Off to sign up for Aprils challenge!

Well, I lost the grand total of 2lb in March! But on the plus side this was my fourth half stone challenge and the fourth month that I have posted a loss, so while I'd like to shift it quicker, at least it is shifting.

Oh, and I *know* I can do it if I am strict about counting the cals, because I lost half a stone the first month.

I have two weeks before I go away, so I am really going to go for it and see if I can get April off to a flying start!

Hi Darth Marty! Sorry I don't know of such a plan, though others might.

Have you tried the calorie counting site? (see first post) We tend to aim to eat healthily, watch the portions and count the calories on here, rather than following a 'diet plan' as such. Same with exercise, most of us aim to increase our activity rate rather than following a specific exercise plan.

Having said that, you are welcome to join us and you will get lots of hints and tips on here, but you might want to go over to the april challenge, as this thread will close in a day or two.

    Good luck!
