Well, it is looking like I won't make the half stone loss for March. I did come close at 6 pounds though!
I feel healthier than I did at the beginning of the month. I'm watching what I eat, but not restricting any food items. In the past when I have done that it leads to binging.
I sitll have a loong way to go-but I always feel a boost when I read the posts on here.

mazza111, is that a typo? If not, you should go see the doctor pronto hun.

Not much to report for me, had a very sedentary day in meetings, presentations etc. There was food every hour almost!!! I did my best not to eat junk... here's hoping the scales say something positive tomorrow! I'm having dinner shortly then leaving to go home. :)

On the plus side, I managed to save £1,116 this month so am well on track for my savings target if not weight loss!

Sigh. Why is it so much easier to save money than to lose weight??? :o

Hi all. I've joined up on the new April thread so I shall be weighing myself 1st thing in the morning and that'll be both my end and beginning weight

Me too. Well done to everyone who has completed the March challenge, and good luck to those who have their last weigh-in tomorrow.

I am still yoyo-ing up and down by a couple of pounds, but so far I am managing to stay below 11st 10lb, which I am really pleased about.

My next mini-target is 11st 6lb (which, if history repeats itself, is likely to be another plateau.... :o)

nah not a typo unfortunately, living on my nerves atm. Doing double my normal workload at work and my house has never been so clean, I decided to lose weight by cutting out chocolate and crisps. Then some personal siht happened. Now I just burn it off faster than I can eat it. Things are settling down now, so will be back to normal soon, thnx for concern tho:o

I weighed in this morning at 60.5kg... 0.1kg HEAVIER than on 1 March!!! Oh dear! :o

I am really annoyed since I made so much effort in March, but I do know that I'm getting slimmer. I just would like the numbers on the scales to reflect it. I tried on one of my holiday dresses last night and it fits better than it did last summer, so I'm doing something right!

Anyway, off to the April thread to post my starting weight and update my sig.
