Hi Blondie. Hope you are ok. Wonder if Mr Ben and Mr Jerry have been to visit yet :grouphug: (that really is the dodgiest smilie)

Just thought I'd pop back in and say- we are all here for you. It really is a difficult situation you are in, made so much harder by the mortgage situation. You guys really need to talk, and deceide what to do.

So, *hugs* (but not weird threesome style hugs)

Im ok chick. Im sitting here thinking and watching Corrie and Sparky is texting me.

Ive told him to google 'how to tell if your partners cheating'. Dont text back until you do'

Funny how the 'silence is deafening' phrase comes to mind...

  • Hey blondie.

i also know how it feels to leave someone after so long even when they turn into trolls, i was with an ex for 6 years but we got together at 14, we were engaged and everything, thought we would of been teenage sweethearts...................my bubble eventually burst and after months of should i, shouldnt i, i walked away. It took not ringing or texting him for a week and seeing that he wasnt bothered enough to get in touch with me to find out why to make me realise we were together out of habit.

You never know, the old sparky might return when he realises you wont stand for his trollness.....................................................

Good luck on the interview on friday, will keep my fingers crossed for you.

    Sending big hugs
    love rags

  • Blondie - I am sure whatever decisions you make about you and Sparky will be the right decisions for you at this time. The are so many factors involved and I don't think I can usefully add anything which hasnt already been said. But am thinking of you.

I'm not really a big Corrie fan...don't think my attention span is long enough...i can't hardly remember my own name sometimes, let alone follow a plot..

PS - never said this last time...am brunette...no cats yet and, but have been known to spend hours with cats that come in to OH's garden and talk to cats (sometimes in my head and sometimes out loud..ha ha!), give them odd names and make up stories about them...I am pretty sure those activties are in line with the 'crazy cat lady' qualities...though i also act this way with most animals, so am perhaps just 'crazy lady'!! x
  • Sparklykarma - i love crazy ladies on this tread, so feel safe you are in good company. :j :j

I feel much better even after talking to you all on here. Corrie is so naff its great! The carper the programme the better!!

Anyhoo - hope you ladies are all ok. Marmite is attacking the sofa, to which i keep having to clap my hands to scare him off. Man in flat upstairs must think im going mental with all the clapping! :D Mind you he is quite deaf, i can hear Emmerdale when i havent even got it on as his TV is so loud!

Im sitting watching Interview with the Vampire. Love scary films. Im a such a scaredy cat. Went to see the film "hostel', had to go home after 30 mins as i was hyperventilating in the corridor and about to puke in my popcorn bucket.

Blondie - I'm not sure I should be laughing...but that is hilarious!!...Only because I know that I would have been hyperventaliting and puking way before you...can't do scary films:eek: ..imagination is too vivid and they just make me very bonkers...and need to calm down by looking a pictures of baby pandas...ha ha ha xx

I REALLY can't do scary films anymore - used to - but now the only ones I can watch are the Scream movies - cos they are so tongue in cheek. I also cry at almost every film I watch now - happy endings, sad endings it makes no odds. I even got a bit misty at the end of Alvin and the Chipmunks - thats how bad things are.

Blondie - :T :T :T for being so strong - and can I recommend you go to the CAB just to find out where you might stand. Was at a training thing yesterday (v v nice lunch provided may I just say!) and an advisor from the CAB came and gave a talk. HE WAS LOVELY and we all wanted to take him home - even the men:rotfl: . He was a retired bank manager, and had a kind of fatherly look about him (although you could tell he had it in him to be a bit fierce if necessary). Anyway - he totally knew his stuff.

Dont know about anyone else but I just googled 'how to tell if your partner cheating' but then had to explain to BF I didn't think he was cheating  Hope he doesn't think I'm cheating and looking for ways to cover it up

It's true what you are saying though... I would have expected some kind of reply to that..

hmmm, why is there no smilie for 'concerned sad look- thinks other person needs a hug' ?
ok- this is best I could find which doesn't look dodgy obscene-smiley-1012.gif

On a lighter note, the only film I've been tempted to walk out was (don't laugh) Starship Troopers :rotfl: back in 1997. I think I've toughend up since then! I love scary films. :D

Hmm, actually tell a lie- I couldn't watch Wolf Creek because it was too scary. I had to switch it off before anything scary actually happened because I was too freaked out by how nice the bad guy was and knew he was gonna do lots of horrible stuff so only managed first 30mins of nice normal stuff!
And I don't even want to watch Hostel. It just sounds nasty. :D
