Tesco misprices discussion area part 4

My son noticed with the cds In Tesco there is a bar code stuck to the back of the cd case covering the original one, making them scan at the correct price !
Now then the ones that are priced over the odds are the ones with no bar code over the original bar code ! ( if that makes sense )
but it works everytime for us !!!:A Always try to be nice to people no matter how hard they try to push you not to be. :A0 -

Ditto!
Jolie there was only one Whitney CD & 2 Athlete CD's left when I was in Tesco's (Reading) both marked with the £8.97 sticker, but they weren't in the clearance section just in the alphabetically ordered other CD albums shelf next to the chart albums.
There also was a Nirvana CD & Osmonds CD stickered at £8.97 but shelf price was higher - only problem was that I couldn't scan them on the wall scanner because the stupid security cover distorted the barcode  ! I didn't want to risk it so I just took the other 2 cd's

Been into my local Tesco store today, armed with my list from the CP Jackson website. The SEL for Wallace and Gromit was in the kids section and showing £11.77, so I got 3. Before I went to the self scan with the shopping, I checked to make sure it was still there!! Got to CS asked for a refund and the woman sent a lad off to check the label. He came back and said he couldn't find it. So I took him to the label and guess what......it was gone!!! Are Tesco fighting back with their own dirty tricks? Did the lad swipe it? Was I being watched by security? The moral, is go with the goffer when they are checking the labels!!Nothing can compareTo when you roll the dice and swear your love's for me0

Hard lesson to learn Dude.
Always go with the CS - even if they ask you to stay at the CS counter.
But don't tar all CS staff with the same brush - some are helpful Dudes, some are miserable Dudes and some are less than honest Dudes.
Good luck next time,

Would like some advice - i bought an expensive plant today dated 2nd March, so sold out of date. I have phone customer service and they have been very unhelpful, and said would phone me back ( which they haven't)
What is my best course of action??
Thank you!0 -
