    Hi guys

Need some advice please on how the R&R works for the meat.

Saw the Sirloin Steak at £10.98 per kg down to £8.23 per kg SEL.

Noticed some old stock with £10.98 kg price on it. Will the 25% off come off the pack price (I think it was £6.01 or something) still?

Just worried that CS will say the 25% has come off the price (i.e. £4.50) and refuse me the R&R.

    Thanks

What it says on the pack is what they are charging you. i.e they havent sorted themselves out yet!! Grab it now before they change it!!

They will probably offer you the difference to start with. Just pointout their policy and you shouldnt have too much of a problem

Something similar happened to me recently. The cs on the freephone number organised my refund which I then went and picked up! Was too scared to face original cs lady who had only given me the difference so went back hours later when I knew her shift must have finished! lol :o

I bought 2 Lemon & Garlic Chickens yesterday and the CS told me it only applied to the Butter Basted ones and would only give me a refund without keeping the goods!

didn't feel confident to push it - perhaps I should ring HO

    Heres a new one!
All Wallace and Gromit DVDs 2 disc were priced up at £14.77 and £11.77.
Took it to an instore scanner and it came up at £14.84!
Excellent a free W&G DVD I thought. Bought one with my shopping then confidently marched toward CS with my receipt, but on my way I checked it and the bleeding thing went through at £11.77!
Can't even trust the instore scanners now.
if i had known then what i know now

Ok first I was shopping yesterday not one misprice, the only evidence they were there were removed incorrect price labels, you know they had been there previously!!! So who shops in Barrow and doesnt share ;-(

Secondly the staff were out in force at least two members on every aisle, checking shelves, labels and stock!!!! So I guess they have had too many r&R s for their liking!!! Go On PROVE ME WRONG lol!!!!
I wished upon a star tonight that I would see you once more,
To hold you in my arms and tell you how much I love you,
To hear your voice, to kiss your cheek oh for just one more time,
But all I have are memories and a heart full of love and tears.

Either that or the fact that Tesco staff are all over this thread now means that they simply remove the SEL as soon as it gets posted?

Are you sure it did actually apply to the lemon and garlic ones? Sometimes it's confusing with this particular product. The best thing if you're sure is to go back to the shelf at the time, either with the CS person or by yourself - if the latter, take the relevant SEL off the shelf and return to CS with it to prove your point!

I can see where you are coming from Nightsong, but personally i wouldnt advise removing SELS it can leave yourself open to all sorts of accusations.
