How long does it take to switch to Ebico? I am considering switching for both gas and electricity from NPower. I am a low user so most of my consumption remains within Npower's 1st Tier rates which is very high. Just got a quarterly bill for over £400.0

When I switched to ebico, the electricity took just over 4 weeks.
I believe the minimum time it takes any supplier to switch is 4 weeks.
The gas took about 7-10 days longer (with me pressing them) as it involved an IGT.
This was by applying online using their website. If you try to switch over the phone, they send out forms which you need to fill in & send back - this could add another couple of weeks to the switching process."Now to trolling as a concept. .... ive sent you a pm regarding my electric applcation, customer services have still not received it. they say it hasnt been processed by ebico.
they received my gas details almost immediately and said it only takes between 1 and 10 days for ebico to process it, so there must be a problem somewhere at your end as i applied 2 weeks ago now.
could you investigate, and process it please?
