ha ha Bargainbird that made me laugh. A bloke I sing with always says that and pretends that he can't undertand what I am saying through my 'posh' vowels (i.e. I say barth and grars), I am really really not posh!
Almost had a NSD today but OH requested lemons for his pancakes, luckily found a bag of 7 in coop that were YS for 60p.
HM LO fishpie from the freezer tonight then off to choir - we've got a competition coming up soon so need to get practising.
It's pretty dreich here today, very ominous clouds over the moors so I just popped briefly to the library and shops and hotfooted it home before i got wet.
Got a ton of washing to hang so off to that now, I'm leaving OH to look after the pancakes so we can have them when i get in later -allegedly he makes them better than i do.
Hugs to thems as needs em!

Hi Guys!
Hope all is well.
Ive not been very well since we got home and not sure whats going on. The nurse has been in daily but I just feel so out of it.....tired and fluy (sp) We've also had a few big family problems over the past 3 weeks but dont really want to go into it. I just feel so down atm.
OH has managed to clear all the washing/drying since we got home and he even did some ironing today. He also cleaned out the pan cupboard and utility room. Has gardening and sowing of seeds to do this week too.
Did a huge Tesco order as we needed loads of cupboard stuff and bought alot of main meal foods for the freezer.....about 20 meals worth and all other shopping bits needed for £75 as I had £25 in vouchers. Have tried Tesco value white fish pieces (£1.97 for 6 pieces), their mid range baked beans (29p) as Heinz are 69p:eek: they also have a new value double concentrated squash 1.5ltr for 46p and tastes fine...also value oats, pepper & salt. Still brought their finest ham (2.99 each) but on offer for £4 for 2 packets and they have a 2 week date on it. Also got a huge gammon joint for £4 (2 meals), gammon joint in a foil with honey (2.46) and a chicken stuffed breast in foil (2.46)...loads of other bargains too.
Kazoline-I am soooo glad you are posting again and thanks for the PM last week. You are an amazing lady and dont let anyone tell you any different!
OH just doing dinner, so may pop back on later.
Hugs to all.

anniestar Right here goes, just had a play and this is how to get another folder
Go into PM's on the left hand side under Private Messages, the is the bottom option Edit Folders, click on that. A screen will come up with 3 empty boxes, typed in the name of the folder (or folders) you want to create, and press save folders, the screen will come back with the name you have created at the top and three other blanks. Go back to PM's and the select the mail or mails you want to move, and at the bottom leave the option as "Move to Folder" and press Go, it will then take you to a screen where you select the folder you want to move to and select move. That's it.
You may need to be a little creative with the names I have used as I am on dial up and it takes ages to keep going to the pages.

Good that you are no longer on the ladder weezl...please PROMISE that you wont go up a ladder until youve sprogged...really, really not worth it! Was alarmed for you and Fergus!
Just home from teh docs having had implant removed then a new one put in...oww!! She noticed that I was fat (thank god it was in kgs so I have no idea how fat lol!!) and at my request agreed to test my hormones but then added on thyroid, diabetes etc...tried to explain weight fuctuated because I did lighter life for 6 months lost 5 stone and put it on again but she wants the tests...also a liver funct test which I told her would come back abnormal as just been discharged from hosp...feel like I'll be going in circles again so somewhat peeved...have no doubt liver funct will be high, not diabetic and thyroid fine - I'm just fat!!!!!!!!! aahhhhhhhhhhhh!
Anyway...am going to make some pancakes when arm settled (throbbing a bit) and will "feed" and photograph the amish friendship bread starter...Csarina also wondered how the family were doing...Also whether someone has the amish book discussed at the w/e that I could borrow (will of course pay postage both ways)...I am banned from book purchases until june and the library dont have it

Forgot to say that I made a huge vat of veggie soup yesterday and DD loves it. She had a big bowl before dinner last night as I told her that if she had a bowl, she could just have bangers and mash (no veg) for dinner;)
I just used 6 large carrots, 2 large onions, 3 small spuds, a few left over brussels and left over swede/carrot mash from sunday. Also added a third of a bag of frozen swede added a stock cube made with just over a litre of water and it cooked lovely and liquidised (sp) well. Have put the rest in the fridge and may freeze some.

I got off the ladder and then I've been doing skirtings. That's really hard to get up from!
Thanks for all the cute, kind admonishings folks. Sorry to scare you ISOM, as Fergus' honorary Auntie, I know you are concerned for his welfare:D
Also managed to clean out the birthing room a bit more. The birth pool is covered in pics of fish and octopi etc in a kind of cartoony way, as my pal bought it with 2 purposes in mind.
Have my TENS machine, swiss ball etc too!
bought 3 weeks supply of food that needs nowt from fridge or freezer to sustain us too, just in casewell I've heard of some new parents living on takeaway cos they couldn't take junior to the shops!
Hope all are having a good productive day...
Love Weezl x

According to the sonographer, definately a boy, DH looked most proud at this point!
As for Old-style, I think he will be, mostly. Trying to have a home birth, use terries etc, all in the name of thriftiness! That and spending a lot of time collecting hand-me-downs and baby freecycle items :T:T
Thanks for asking anyhow, as I'm only a sporadic poster on this 'ere thread, but I do lurk!
