I too am hoping Weezl has got down off her ladder
Having quite a productive day. I've done the ironing and the washing, I've been for a walk, during which I posted my contract for our holiday back to France (the French and paperwork:rolleyes: ), bought some fruit and a doughnut for dd to eat instead of pancakes which will make her throw up:shocked: , made the pancakes and made a batch of 'sortofsamosas' -little triangular puff pastry pasties filled with spicy potato, chickpea and peas. I reckon my kids will love them in their lunchboxes.
Got some chunks of pollack defrosting for a coconut and fish curry for tea. Pancakes to follow-rolled up with sultanas, butter and sugar in them then sprinkled with lemon juice;)0 -

Afternoon all.
I' didn't get to post yesterday, so ((((HUGS)))) to all who are sad, unwell, worried, or otherwise need/want one.
Meanmarie a few tears were shed in the Wolf household for little Luca.
I had no idea it was pancake day - in fact I wasn't even totally aware it was Tuesday, so I'm afraid we won't be having pancakes.
I currently have a decorative cloth soaking in a mild washing powder solution - I wash it in cold water on its own, as its rather special, but it has loads of ash deposits on it from burning incense sticks, so time for a good soak.
Well, it's been in there a while, so i'd better sign off and go and rinse it through. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Hi peeps,
just catching up with a cuppa after wrestling with the hoover on the stairs  nasty thing, at least it broke my fall when my knee have way. Strange thing is that it`s the other knee thats been playing up lately and the better one has let me down. I`ll carry on in a while.
Meanmarie - I am so sorry to hear of Lucas passing, he is at peace now. ((((HUGS)))) for you and your family.
Sunnygirl - Great news about your Dad, he is recovering really well.
Mr S has just called to say that he has solved the problem that we had this coming weekend. MrS wants to go fishing overnight but i have to w*rk, he has decided to take both dogs with him as there is no one to pop in and look after them this time. That should be worth seeing as a) He will have to cart loads of things with him for them and b) The young hound does NOT like fishing rods  , i hope that it`s warm enough for the oldie, i`ll have to send him plenty of things to wrap up in although the tent will be warm.
That will solve the problem of the moulting furry bed that we have. It`s very old and has been washed more times than i care to remember but its started to lose clumps of furry hair, both houndies love it but the fur sticks to them and they trail it through the house, that can go with them and be binned afterwards and i can search for a suitable replacement.
I`m now ready to go with the hoover again so fingers crossed
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -

I got off the ladder and then I've been doing skirtings. That's really hard to get up from!
Thanks for all the cute, kind admonishings folks. Sorry to scare you ISOM, as Fergus' honorary Auntie, I know you are concerned for his welfare:D
Also managed to clean out the birthing room a bit more. The birth pool is covered in pics of fish and octopi etc in a kind of cartoony way, as my pal bought it with 2 purposes in mind.
Have my TENS machine, swiss ball etc too!
bought 3 weeks supply of food that needs nowt from fridge or freezer to sustain us too, just in casewell I've heard of some new parents living on takeaway cos they couldn't take junior to the shops!
Hope all are having a good productive day...
Love Weezl x

not read through - will do tonight before bed but hugs to all in need. Made pancake mix and "settling"; also meant to be having spag bol as that's what Mr Rage wants to do - okay so we'll have pancakes for breakfast tomorrow then
. Dressing gowns washed, bedding washed, towels going on next leaving Mr Rage's wash for tonight and my wash for tomorrow (trust me it's easier this way as I don't get my clothes accidentally dyed with his football stuff....). Worked this morning and lurking for the next upload. Nothing else to report! My daffodils are out in the window boxes also the ex-avon customer who owes me money from where I used to work is not ignoring my e-mails as I thought but is on long-term sick. (She still could have paid by now - 3 months - and she has all my details). Her colleague has retrieved my e-mails and has said e-mail her daughter and given me her address! I may at this rate be getting my £50 owed back!! :j and just as I decided to pack it in too.....
OMG - Csarina and I are psychic twins!!! Spag bol and pancakes and washing frenzy!!!!But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0
