Bulb in fire?
Two freezers? For three of you? Oh well!
If you mean does 460watts sound right, then yes, I'd say so.
We're on 903watts with two TVs, Sky box, xbox, fridge, freezer, security light, phones, three laptops, router, several energy saving bulbs. Carbon fiends probably have phones, PSPs, ipods charging.0 -

It doesn't seem right, you have a lot more stuff than us but use a lot less energy. Stamps feet.

I have something like .12 on my owl when I go to bed. Thats when all the plugs are off at the wall, one time I got it to 0.00 but never been able to do that again.
Make sure you turn all lights off, all phone chargers off, computer isnt on standby, heating isnt on a timer, etc.
Try turning off things one at a time and noting the drop, and that will be the power usage of that appliance.
Does the oxygen need to be on all the time, cant you open a window?0 -
We're by no means low users.
An electric fire?0 -

Does your MIL have a concentrator for her O2?
Have you enquired about costs of electricity for this being paid for by the supplier? I'm not expert but I'm sure you should get this.
Try googling the supplier name for info.

I do note power usage when I turn things off, just not sure how accurate the owl is.
Oxygen machine is for mil who actually has lung cancer so opening a window just wouldn't do it, plus she needs to keep warm
I realise you didn't know this btw

HTH.
The oxygen will be paid for but money is not really the issue here.
I just want to pay for what I have used and I seem to be paying for more than I have used.
