  • Guys have a laugh.
    I sold some tosh on Amazon 4 days ago and got the "send now" message. Of course I send it the same day too. Guess what, today I get an email do not ship as the buyers payment didn`t work!!! LOL
    What a joke, can`t breath how much I am laughing, not!
    So what do I do.
    He`s got my item now, but I will not get paid?
    You said on here that they take your money if anybody askes for a refund without asking.
    So I expect I have just lost this one and there is no help for me.
    They stole this from me and should be prosecuted?
    Any ideas to calm me down please????

    Get in touch with customer services now before they close for the weekend. It should no longer be possible at all for a buyers payment not to proceed once Amazon have given you the go ahead, remind them of that and explain that you expect them to take the loss. We don't even get th emoney now for several hours after buyer pays so this should be almost impossible.

    I assume though that you logged in safely to get the address and didn't fall for any fake send now emails as this sounds very weird.

    Phone now though, I think they are open until at least 5.30

    Just sent them an email, but don`t hold my hope. Yes I only logg in normal way and print it all off from my order page site.

    I am really worried though (as I sold 50 items in the last 2 weeks) that they will all want their money back. ahhh

    Amazon seems worse than ebay at the moment for me.
    I have never really had any problem with Ebay over the last 5 years, but decided to do something different , off course I can`t take it on the chin. So I think that is the end of my pocket money.

    Out of interest how long apart were the two messages, the first one telling you to ship and the second one telling you not to?

    You might also want to post on the seller boards as well to see if anyone else has ever come across this.

    Are you sure about the 5pm, the main customer services shows as open until 9pm Monday to Friday?

    EDIT: Oh yes I see the seller services close at 5pm, personally I would go through the main CS then and make a fuss as this shouldn't be possible.
