OOh what fun ( I really need the bottle now).
I rung the number above, it`s only for buyers ( yep how cares about sellers).
Indian call center, hmm/
The bloke told me that there is a problem with my card and he can cancel this order.
I tell him , no I am the seller , not buyer, please don`t cancel anything!!
Little conversation on this line, so I will not get anything back according to this interesting chat.
Would you please delete that number, just in case that scamer is watching.
Got to go and cook something for my starving family. LOL0 -
Anyone know why I can't leave feedback for a seller? Amazon says I have no feedback to leave
Is it because I only ordered on the 30th?
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Hi Fay,
There is was thread on the Amazon discussion forums about feedback this week - some seem to be saying that sometimes the link is there and sometimes it isn't
As for me - I don't seem to be getting feedback at all at the moment - unless you count a buyer contacting me tonight to say her book hasn't arrived which I sent out 3 weeks ago. I can feel a neg coming on, even though I have just given an immediate refund (fortunately only a penny book).
Feeling a bit down at the moment as sales seem to be non existant too - will be putting my listings on holiday next weekend anyway to try and avoid Christmas Post hassles, but feel like shutting up shop early.
Ah well - time for bed - maybe this weekend will be full of sales :AAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -
Just to let every one know ( soolin) that I got ane email back stating that it would be imposible to print the buyers address if there was a proble with his payment. Phh sight of releive...
Just want to say how confused I am as I sold loots of the same stuff and obviously not kep a tap on it all.
Now if he manages to pay for it I will have to cancel it as I have sold out of everything.
How can you people be so organised if you sell so many things?0 -

I'm confused now (which isn't unusual for me actually).
I got the impression from your first posting that you had sent this item and then payment was recalled, which I think should be impossible. Are you actually saying you just got a Do Not Despatch (pending) email?
If it was a pending then it is quite common and the email tells you that they cannot currently obtain payment from the buyer so do not ship. It does not count as a sale until you actually get the sold despatch now email. I usually have a couple of pendings a month, at the moment I am getting quite a lot more which are causing me problems with late shipping-but I won't confuse you further by going off on a rant about that again. You might want to scroll back a few posts though to see how they were mucking me about.
If it was just a pending then there is nothing to worry about at all, it is perfectly normal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'm a bit confused about what you have said - did you have multiples of items you were selling? It sounds like one of your items went pending and then converted to a sale. To help you keep track of pending sales in the future where there is a problem with a sale going through usually because of an issue with the buyers card such as registered card going out of date you can set your account to show pending sales. Go to 'manage orders' and click on advanced search. Get it to show 14 days or a months sales and also include pending orders by ticking the box. These will show up at the top of your order list in grey with no seller details. Either they will eventually convert to a sale and you'll get an SDN email or else Amazon will eventually relist the item if it doesn't sell. Don't be tempted to relist it yourself even though its a frustrating system on Amazon these days.
This might help you to know that you have a potential sale and to keep track of what you've sold. If you don't have the item any longer and it does convert to a sale you can either drop ship or else cancel though that will affect your customer metrics and can bring a neg.0 -
This month has been good for high volume sales. I've sold 1 book at over £70, another at £50 and yesterday one at £30.
Holiday settings going on today though as I can't risk pendings when I am due to go away.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I am having a really good run at the moment, not many high value, but have now sold 104 items since my promerchant subscription was taken out of my account with 2 days left to go, has more than paid for itself this month!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Looking for some advice please. I've received the following email from a buyer regarding a book I sold several weeks ago.
"Can you please send an invoice or similar document showing the item purchased and a breakdown of costs including postage & VAT where applicable. We need this information as evidence for our credit card company. Thank you"
Surely he needs to request this from Amazon? I don't know how to work out the VAT!ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0
