I copy mine into excel and it works fine. Open the file in notepad, do edit select all, then edit copy, open excel and paste into cell a1.

Then you just have to re-size some of the columns.

after a bit of advice : i have just recieved my first neutral feedback , it reads : Condition is 'very good', offer said 'good' only. Tks

so the condition is better then they expected and they mark me down

is it worth getting in touch with them and asking them to remove/alter their feedback or not ?

and assuming the book arrived today it has taken just 6 days to get to Switzerland , its taking longer for post to arrive within the uk at the moment :rotfl:

I can only assume that they meant to put the 'good' and the 'very good' in the other places, but I would just leave it there as that to me would show the buyer up as completely stupid and I would dismiss their criticism out of hand. Twazzocks! :rolleyes:

the book was listed as good , i would only describe as very good if it was in. as new / unread condition

Quick question: Why can some sellers specify that their dispatch time on some products is slower than Amazon's default requirement? And is it possible for me (a Pro Seller) to do this, and, if so how?

This is an example of the message on the product page:

"Usually dispatched within 4 to 5 days.
Dispatched from and sold by XXX.

Ordering for Christmas? This item requires additional time to dispatch. Based on the delivery schedule of XXX, this item will arrive after December 25"

In some categories and if you are on their special list this is possible, but for normal items like books or Cds then you must adhere to the 2 working day rule.

How is everybody finding Amazon over Christmas?

I sold 3 yesterday and 2 so far today, although 2 of those I sold yesterday were newly listed (sold in a couple of hours). I've told the buyers that I will post out on Tuesday once the PO reopens.
