Hurrah, I had a sale overnight and this one does have item condition on the packing slip. Very useful!

    Hurray:jAt last
  • Whoopee - it appears that I have sold a book at last :j

A book has moved from my open into my closed listings - however, 1 hour on and I have yet to receive an SDN email or have an order turn up in my orders, or payment in my account.

I know Amazon are having a bit of a crisis at the moment - but I am wondering how long it is going to take before I can get the packing slip.

Wouldn't be too much of a problem, but I will not be going to the Post Office tomorrow, so could do with it definitely going today.

Oh it looks like the Marketplace has suffered a nervous breakdown now - can't even access my home page

Come on Amazon get yourself sorted out

usually my sales are instant, but I did have one a month or so ago that showed as sold in my listings but where no SDN was received for over an hour. It was frustrating as I was on my out to the PO but couldn't take the book as I couldn't get a packing slip.

  • Well the Marketplace home page seems to have crashed altogether now, as I can't even get it to load.

Time to put the kettle on

I'm sure it will all right itself soon, just a bit frustrated as it's my first sale in ages

Markeplace is OK for me, but I just checked and i have a sale and although in this instance I can get a packing slip I still have no SDN.

Looks like they are glitchy again, or as the regular sellers would say, 'glitchy as usual'.

Hi numberthree, well done on the sale - can vaguely remwmber what they are :p . Under the new system its not just sold item which move into closed listings as pendings also do now. In addition Amazon seem to have stopped sending emails to sellers to say there is a pending. So, as far as I can see the only way to keep an eye on the pendings is to go to your order pages and click on advanced search where there is a check box to include pendings in order searches. They will then show up if you click on your orders but will be in grey rather than black - hope that makes sense.

From reports on the Seller Forum there are major problems, changes and glitches [even more than usual] with the Amazon site. The advice seems to be to just leave it to settle for 24 hours and don't panic or list anything new at the moment as the changes are filtering through slowly. Hope it all settles down soon - selling fairy has obviously gone off to hide under the duvet with a migraine.

Just posted a book, but I think post office might of made a mistake...I think it should've gone as a packet, not as large letter, only noticed the mistake when came back and updated my records and realised the postage was supposed to be more...so annoyed, I hope it goes through ok and the buyer doesn't need to pay extra, otherwise it'll be right pain...
