EEK :eek: that's awful, I always check the condition and often send a copy with the book - with relevant items highlighted if I think the buyer might be 'disappointed' that it is not perfect.

The new style packing slip now shows the condition and the comments you originally listed with the book - it seems to be being phased in gradually as I noticed it with my last sale a couple of days ago, but others on the message boards have been talking about it for a few days. Mind you of course I hadn't had any sales!

A good move I think.

But I do think the tinkering has had a definite effect on sales in the last week at least.

I've been getting that new invoice for a while now.

Im now really hoping that the tinkering is having an effect on sales this is the first fortnight in my history of Amazon I'm going to be out for a duck. Just a tiny sale would be welcome at this point:rolleyes:

None of my packing slips show the book condition yet Some sellers though have had that facility for weeks already.

I have had the new invoice for weeks, at least 3 if not more. Its definately a good change.

Sales have picked up for my work account - 7 sales in 24 hours

My account changed back in january - I think there are some pluses and minuses now I've had time to get used to it. My sales had really picked up but have disappeared again - only sold 2 books in the last two weeks and have continued to list new stock. Fed up with it at the moment - thank goodness I gave up being Pro M or I'd be paying Amazon for the priviledge of no sales :eek:

I just started as a Pro M - but cannot write new listings for books. Does anyone know why? I can write listings for other things like toys

Hurrah, I had a sale overnight and this one does have item condition on the packing slip. Very useful!

Jesa Rose, Amazon are very glitchy at the moment it might just be that stopping you creating listings.
