My Amazon sales are so unpredictable, been on a good run the past few days but been quiet today so far. Also noticed the new emails and how unstable the marketplace is!MFW - £79,349 outstanding Nov 2010
Target - £3000 by Dec 2011
Current OP - £0/£30000 -
I've just checked my closed listings and found 3 items which should still be listed for sale ie no SDN's or Seller support messages, also no cancelled sales or pending on these items.
very strange?
relisted manually.Learn to laugh at yourself ... everyone else has:rotfl:

Hi Snax,
I had a couple of listings do that a few days ago. Just relisted manually, but I will keep and eye on my listings total in case they suddenly reappear and I get 2 copies of each listed
So, 10 days with hardly any sales at all (3 I think) - then 4 come along in the last half day - not complaining though:T
It will be great if this carries on over the weekend
Hopefully Amazon are getting to the end of implementing their changes and things will run smoothly for a while :rotfl:AMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -

It gives me the option to list in lots of other categories - so its the first stage where you choose category, its just that "books" is not there. Very annoying as I have thousands of old books to get through at work (gradually) and lots of the lovely rare ones are not listedNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Hi JesaRose,
In the first categories list if you can see 'Media (3)' try clicking on it
Hopefully, if you click on Media, then click on Printed Media it should bring up books to click on
Hope that helps
If you can't see Media in that first list then I'm afraid I am no help at all - sorry. And maybe someone else will be able to point you in the right directionAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -
I have a feeling I have been conned into giving a refund. Sold a book,( about 2 months ago) posted it with proof of posting and my return address on it. Now today I get left 2 for feedback saying they haven't received it. No contact from the buyer till I read this feedback. They are new to Amazon this being their first buy so I wonder if they are doing what I call "an ebay" and wanting a free book and their money back. Am I just being cinical or just miffed at being conned or maybe the book will eventually be returned to me.
I have emailed them hoping the feedback will be removed as it was 100% up till then. I did wonder why I haven't sold anything lately. Obviously the feedback does make a big difference.

Yes I think Amazon give the buyer 90 days to file claim but I'd say that if they waited 2 months before bringing the issue up then yes it is suspicious. That's one thing that bothers me about the feedback system. On Ebay generally they get the item and leave feedback within a few days and you can consider the matter closed but on AM you never really know as often you never get feedback.
On another topic I'm glad someone else mentioned about the Seller Support issue. I hadn't sold anything for a month and then got the 'sold, dispatch now' email this morning for a game from SS and thought isn't right, it's ususally sent from Amazon Payments, I wonder if its a scam mail. So I am reassured
BUT now I got an email from the buyer asking me to send it to a diifferent address which I think, if it's anything like ebay/paypal, means you don't get seller protection so not exactly sure what to do now.
Do i send him an email 'saying no that's forbidden, i can send it to the oringinal address or i can refund you' or something else?0
