I am really confused
Firstly how long has it been since you sent the item? Amazon suggest allowing 14-21 days before worrying, so I would certainly make sure you get within that time frame first.
As a seller you will have a credit or debit card registered with Amazon, if you refund the buyer then the money ultimately comes from that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I don't have any cards associated with my account at all. Has the refund actually been issued? I cant find a clear answer anywhere on Amazon.
The item was posted over three weeks ago so i can safely assume it is definitely lost in the post.

Thanks
Its 15 working days you have to allow before claiming from RM - did you get a POP from the PO? As I understand it there HAS to be a card linked to a seller account in order to be able to open it - is it a very old account? Unless your buyer opens an A-Z, which you don't want them to do, you have to initiate the refund via your seller account. If you are unsure get CS to ring you back and talk you through it ASAP0
