Hi, thanks for replying. The account is over a year old but I hardly ever use it. I cannot see a linked card anywhere, which would be useful as I would like to know which account it is supposed to be linked to.
I have already initiated the refund and my seller account is now showing a negative balance so I guess that means the refund has definitely gone through. I have a receipt for posting the item, so I am not worried on that score.

After reading another thread about delayed SDN emails, just for giggles, I just searched for all pending sales on my inventory.
I have a pending sale from 2006! :rotfl:
I haven't checked yet, but does this mean the item was taken out of my inventory and has never gone back? I don't remember if it ever sold!My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
fay, nothing would surprise me about Amazon.
I had a pending last year and the book suddenly became very popular again this year and I couldn't understand why my book never sold. It was because it had been cancelled as pending by Amazon but never actually relisted. I relisted and it sold in 48 hours.
My records and the listings I supposedly have on Amazon are almost 100 books adrift.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. No, I leav emine there in case I ever want to refer back to them or something. It also makes a back up record for the tax man in case I lose everything else.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If a book doesn't have a ranking, does that mean that book has never been sold, or just hasn't been sold recently. A lot of the older books I'm trying to list don't have rankings and I was just wondering if I have odd books0

This is going to be one of my complicated explanations so you may need a cup of tea first!
If there are no copies at all of the book and no ranking it might be that the book is very rare, so none has sold in the near past. Check for other editions and also on bookfinder to see what else, if any , is out there.
If there are books listed but they are expensive then it might mean they are just priced wrongly, so get in and on this occasion I would undercut to try and get a sale.
If there are books listed cheaply and no rnaking then charity shop the book it isn't a seller.
I rarely keep anything that is over a million in the rankings unless it is super rare.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks, thats a great help. A lot of them are fairly expensive (couple of hundred pound ones) So I'll list them a bit cheaper and see what happens0

Try bookfinder as well and see if anything turns up. It isn't completely accurate but it does sometimes show that Amazon sellers are being a little optimistic.
I can't give you a link as the site appears to be down at the moment.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi Upsa Daisy - on my buyer account the cards I use are in ''your account' where there is a bit caaled 'Payment & GC' then look for 'manage payment methods' where you will find any cards you have used for buying.
For selling go to 'seller account' and under 'settings' look for 'seller account information' - then there is a section on linked cards in there.
Hope you can find it :-)0
