To get Pending sales to show with your sales:

To go MANAGE ORDERS
Click on ADVANCED SEARCH
Tick box to INCLUDE PENDING ORDERS

Its showing there as pending with no customer name or anything... what does this mean? Ive already sold it!! eeek

The pending might not clear at all, it does sometimes stay that way for 7 days and then is cancelled by Amazon. Keep your fingers crossed.
I would send out the one that has cleared and if the other one does clear you could just cancel it yourself and send a nice apology

cheers hun, i'll keep my fingers crossed for that. I wish they'd make important buttons such as that a bit clearer and possibly always clicked ON!

I agree with you, and I think its unfair that you have to wait for something to clear, and the fact that it might or might not actually go through is very frustrating

I have sold about 5 things on Amazon now. Since they changed their way of paying , I am a bit lost.
I have sold something and sent it the same day buyer now received it. The payment still says that this is pending, will I get my money?
Is this the new way of paying you , that you have to wait for sometime or untill the buyer is satisfied?

I don't think that the way we are paid has changed - or do you mean having to click 'shipped'?. Does it say 'pending' with some dates on your payment account page - is that where you saw it? As before Amazon will automatically transfer the money every two weeks however you can also click on 'request disembursement' and get 1 payment every 24 hours [unless you are waiting for your very first payment]. Hope that makes sense and thats what you were asking!
