I am currently eating my lunch, which consists of:
Small Jacket potato, Tuna, Mayonnaise, Red Onion, Red Pepper, Sweetcorn, Tomato and Mixed Lettuce Leaves...
It is sooo yummy!
I haven't had red onion for a while, and I remember why I love it so much.
Had a rest night from exercise last night, so tonight, we are going for a bike ride. On Monday I am going to start riding back home from work, then eventually I will ride to work and then home. It's 9.5miles from my house to work, so starting Monday just doing the ride back will be an adventure to say the least!! Andrew will bring me to work as normal in the car, with my bike in the boot! Then I will ride home. I'm quite looking forward to it actually!
Food has been good lately, I am trying not to get too caught up with counting calories, I'm just eating when I'm hungry and trying to keep what I eat relatively healthy, and not eat too much junk. I am also toning the exercise down, thanks again for the advice Missy! Exercising everynight is not good in the long run, as I realise now. I need to give my body chance to recover, and then I will be working out more efficiently. So my aim is for 3 times a week to do the Davina DVD and anything else I do on the weekend is a bonus, bike rides/jogs/tennis etc. I will feel much fitter in no time!
Im feeling really positive today...can you tell?? Sort of had a wake up call last night, and realised that there is no time limit in which my body has to change, yes, I would like it to be sooner than later, but really the most important thing is that I take it a day at a time and lose weight/inches healthily and safely.
Hope you are all having good days!Marrying my gorgeous Andy27 July 2013 at Gretna GreenSealed pot challenge..Saving for the HONEYMOONWill be cracking open the pot of dreams May 2013 :j0 -

Thank you everyone. I'm sure I've been on the phone all day;)Of course I'm not sure what this does to the weight loss-but I figure since it was only healthy eating I was doing I'll stick to it and not really worry about the scales. I have my new pregnancy appointment next week wednesday. I must admit I'm rather nervous-I had DS in South Africa and it was simple-you paid for everything so you did what you wanted. Of course with my cerebral palsy I need watching and I've heard so many mixed reviews about the birthing experience in the UK. So I'll try not to get my head too wrapped up in it at the minute.0

Thanks again for the advice sarynclary. I'll be going to Tesco armed with a list that i'll be sticking to this week. Plenty of sugar free jelly and ryvita to go at. He he!
So far i'm on 1200 calories and i haven't eaten my evening meal yet. I'm so pants at this! I haven't had unhealthy snacks though, just tuna, sugar free jelly... oh, and a packet of crisps... and all the biscuits i ate this morning... :: sigh ::
