Today I've had
Branflakes with full fat milk & banana
Bowl of Weightwatchers Tomato soup (yum) and green salad, I ran out of tuna so I shoved a bit a of honey and mustard dressing over the top, was quite nice.
Chilli for tea, but I make it with OTT veg and I think I'll ditch the rice and just have the chilli in a bowl.
No idea the calories, I really need to measure and count them out, but I've lost weight so far doing it this way, Im just worried as Im getting smaller, Im burning less calories with each lb.0 -

Great news polkadot.:T
And sooper news seren:D
Really struggled to keep to plan today and have had to give myself several stern talking toos to stick to plan. I heroicaly gave OH the crispy skin on my roast chicken and made him crumble and custard and didn't have any:A .
Todays menu has been:
bkfast - egg, bacon, mushrooms,tomatoes
lunch - ham & rocket salad, apple
snack - 2x ryvita(HEB) & 1/2 banana
2x quorn sausage & worcester sauce
raw swede
dinner - roast chicken, beans, sprouts, brochli, gravy
pud - kiwi fruit
bedtime snack - 2x weetabix
I've also taken the decision to try and limit my fruit intake to 3 pieces a day - although fruit is good for you I do eat buckets of it.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
