Geordieracer - welcome to the thread! How does the liver cleansing diet work? Is it much like a detox programme, and what are the basic rules you are following? I've never heard of it before. Well done on your loss so far.
Oh, and Granny
from all of us! xxxxxOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Happy Birthday Granny!
Evening all! Hope everyone is well. Gonna try running again tomorrow if my back holds out so cross your fingers please! I seem to have lost a bit but not sure if it's due to my TOTM (I go up and down like a yoyo!). I've been really good food wise and been logging it all on FoodFocus I just hope it doesn't crash like before!
Geordieracer What it the liver cleansing diet? What do you have to do/avoid?
I'm another marg hater. It tatses like plastic yuck! A smaller amount of the good stuff is much nicer. I get the spreadable stuff too as it's easy to use less.
Welcome Geordieracer and LittleGemSaver
Sarymclary Just noticed your post - great minds think alike!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
happy birthday granny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hope you have had a lovely day. Vix your present for your mum sounds lovely! I've been outside this evening too - painting the fence, yawn. Two panels of 10 done, then got to think about whether to ask the neighbour if i can the other side in his garden. This may be the weekend for the garden furniture to get washed and oiled ready for hte summer. This will be my third summer with it and I swear so far i've spend more time cleaning it than sitting on it.0 -
