Staggered out to meet a long standing commitment to a rellie today but that's knocked me out too. Hard to withstand the desire to eat feeling like this so giving in but trying for damage limitation.
Hope to be back on form soon. xx

Simbalou - wooohooo! well done on the loss hun. Don't forget to change your sig to reflect that progress!
dmv - I had days spent on my knees too:o and I find that not only do my knees ache, but so does my bum! What's that all about??
Well, I'm hoping my freecyclers come to collect their stuff today. I have 2 sofas which are in fairly good condition, that I am trying to gift. How difficult is it to give things away I wonder?
Not a physical day, as such today, but the next week will be, so I'll make this my day of rest and just enjoy it! Back to school tomorrow for the boys, so it's PE kits, lunch menus and uniforms to organise. I think they'll just try to make the most of having a day off.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

WI this morning and a STS this week. Not too worried as a pair of trousers that were too tight continue to loosen off and did my second ever 10k run today and knocked 12mins off my previous time. So all is pretty good.0

well done on the losses and STSs.
BB, hope you are feeling better soon, you're one of our rocks :A
Mambury, did you do commando training this week?
Simbalou, i go off how much i sweat to measure how good a workout is and for me Davina Super Body is the best one, followed by Tae Bo Cardio. I might start doing Maximum Impact once a week as that was a killer workout.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -

Missy: Youre weekly workouts are impressive. I wish i had that drive and motivation to get off of my bum and skip for half an hour! You must be pretty fit0 -
overwhelmed by lovely messages, thanks peeps. Didn't mean to alarm re chemo comment - it's for the form of arthritis I have and reduces the rapid multiplication of cells so keeps me mobile. But the side effects sometimes leave me feeling dreadful, given the nature of the drug which is why I mentioned it. Both the condition and the drugs cause fatigue too so a real limp biscuit at the mo. But the drugs keep me mobile. The arthritis was triggered as a rare side effect of other essential drugs I had to take 14 months ago for a related condition:rolleyes: .
Thanks for the kitkat suggestion seren - excellent idea.
Sun's shining and snug under the duvet on the sofa at the mo.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
