Hey everyone thanks for the advice :) I didn't actually go and get my back seen, and didn't even phone NHS 24:o I have this thing, where I don't like wasting peoples time! OH once had to book a day off work and drag me to the docs to get antibiotics for an ear infection.

It dosen't hurt at all, but it does stick out quite alot, it's like a hard swelling underneath my scar. I will phone the doctors 1st thing in the morning and try to get an emergency app, Its probably nothing though. I was supposed to rest after the op and didn't do that, If I did the house would of been a sty, and I can't relax if my living space is cluttered!

Diet wise, I've been a blob over the weekend. Going to go eat my big fat roast dinner and enjoy every morsel off it too, the scales are showing a good loss for tomorrow, and I've only had toast today, so I'm sure my cals won't be too bad.

Is it wrong the best thing I like about a chicken dinner is the cranberry sauce? I could eat jars of it :p

well done on the losses and STSs.

BB, hope you are feeling better soon, you're one of our rocks :A

Mambury, did you do commando training this week?

Simbalou, i go off how much i sweat to measure how good a workout is and for me Davina Super Body is the best one, followed by Tae Bo Cardio. I might start doing Maximum Impact once a week as that was a killer workout.

No commando for the last three weeks. OH seems to be working on sats lots at the mo:mad: . I suppose I should be glad for the money but..........

Anyway the fit s going to be fired up toms...........

    Report back soon!

Hi guys and welcome to the newbies, keep posting you'll become regulars in no time :j

I've been thinking over the past couple of weeks thats no-one really does the whole HHA concept anymore, we all do our own workouts/gym/wii fit but at times that suit us, which is great. I would never have started exercising daily if it wasn't for the HHA kick up the bum :) From now on i'll just post that i've done my workout or whatever like you guys do, but don't worry our virtual gym with pool lives on, we all just visit it at different times ;) So basically everything is the same but i won't bug you at 7pm for a HHA :rotfl:

BB, sounds really bad, i hate that medication which is supposed to help ends up causing more troubles, hope your better soon, enjoy the duvet time.

  • nmm, the idea of HHA's definitely kickstarted my 2009 with some activities - I am now getting in the habit of going to the gym and am looking forward to the summer when I can cycle to and from work.

So, many thanks for the HHA concept, it was brill. :T
