I just scoffed tortilla chips and fruit pastilles  I'm mad at myself, wasn't even hungry!

It's all Asda's fault! I STILL do not have my food that they smashed up, but I see they are quick to take the money out my bank

Supposed to deliver it on Saturday between 11-1pm - Didn't show up, phoned at night and told them I wasn't happy, apologises all around, promise we will deliver it Sunday (today) Someone will phone you in the morning, huh, no-one did. So I waited until 9pm, and they STILL HAVENT SHOWED UP and that's them finished for the night. So back on the phone, and the guy I was talking too at the call centre was really lovely (most of them are very helpful, it's the store managers that make you wanna scream) and said he would phone them but, as it's sunday they will of left early. So have to wait for a call tomorrow and he said I should demand compensation of some sort since I've wasted two days waiting in for the $%£$^$%$%

I just want my blimmin' yoghurts!

  • morning all! welcome to the thread our new posters - anonemouse, i like your name! My knee has been really painful ove the weekend, but i decided to still exercise this morning - did the toning section instead of anytihng that involved jumping around. Had a fab day yesterday of watching dvds with oh - did a lot of sewing too which kept me away from food for most of the day.
well the food plan was . . .
cooked breakfast - bacon scrambled egg, mushroom, sausage; glass oj
dinner - roast chicken with spinach, mushroom and potato dauphinoise; glas tom juice

which ended up being . .
cooked breakfast - bacon scrambled egg, mushroom, sausage; glass oj
    handful cn cornflakes
dinner - roast chicken with spinach, mushroom and potato dauphinoise(3 portions oops) 3 glasses of wine(double oops)

I'm going to find a healthy way of doing that bake becuase it was just gorgeous. it was basically 1 kg of new pots quartered and roasted then you fry an onion and some garlic, add loads of different mushrooms, tomato paste, tomato puree, dried mush rooms, stock, wine and double elmlea. mix that with th spuds and a bag of spinach and some cheese, pour over some yoghurt beaten with a couple of eggs and more cheese and bake in the oven. OH described it as like a mushroom lasagne but with potatoes not pasta. I cut out some of the calories with elmlea instead of cream, i bet the greek yoghurt could go to a mix of quark ff yoghurt, less cheese . . . hmmmm, something to work on, i haven't posted o nteh recipe thread for ages.

    anyway, todays plan is . . .

    cn cornflakes, milk and oj
    weetabix minis, milk, apple
    cup soup
mince and dumplings - max 1 dumpling, veggies on the side

Missy: Youre weekly workouts are impressive. I wish i had that drive and motivation to get off of my bum and skip for half an hour! You must be pretty fit

Thanks Vix! The skipping works well when I'm at home with DS, it's something I can do outside and it's close to jogging in terms of getting the heart rate up! :) MP3 player goes on and it's like any other workout :) 30 mins is quite a lot but if you like the idea what about starting with 5 mins and building up gradually?

Good luck everyone this week x

    morning peeps,......

Well, I think today is already going to be a bad one! DS was up ALL night being sick. I think he has got the belly bug that DD had last week but much, much worse. He was sick every hour (to the minute!) from 9pm to 5am last night, woke everyone up each time so we are all knackered. I think I might be coming down with it too, a few grumbles of the belly...

I'm not going to have the energy let alone the time for any exercise today, I have a bath full of yucky sheets, two duvets and several set of pjs and towels to wash. Yippee.........

    Catch up later....

    hey Kazzajr,

Its up to you. The chart is done on a wed eve by Raph, but some of the guys here have different weigh in days to suit them. If you want to post your starting weight you can, or not if you would prefer.

Raph will only take note of your loss, gain or sts (stays the same) but make sure that when you post it you make it big and bold for everyone to see!

    EG

    1lb/kg etc loss

Good luck and keep posting, they really are a nice bunch here.

2lb loss for me this week :j

Really pleased because I've not exactly been strict this week. Going to be super good this week, and HOPFULLY loose another 2lb this week which would bring me into the OVERWEIGHT category on the BMI chart. Sick of being obese, but not so long ago I was morbidily obese, so nothing to be sniffed at:cool:
